Feldkamps
Good to know. I was told that all of the church's records were posted online by a genealogical society but they don't list them for some reason. I have pretty much posted photos and created memorials for everyone who had a visible gravestone a couple of years ago but don't recall th having a stone. Many old stones were broken and stored near a tree, some of them unreadable. If I go by there on a nice day I'll stop and look again for any Feldkamp family members.

RE: Roxy Dudley
Thanks for reminding me of her maiden name. When I saw Roxy, I immediately thought Phelps, but I had forgotten her married name of Dudley.

I've always loved the name of Roxy for a woman born in the 1700's. She is my fourth great aunt, daughter of my 5th great grandfather, Barret Phelps and Hannah (Bigelow) Phelps.

Thank you for contacting the poster of her page. I followed up with a note of my own, with links to Barret and Hannah.

I don't have Catherine Dudley listed on my tree, but I will add her. Barret Phelps was a Patriot in the American Revolution, who was the first patriot I submitted to the DAR for membership.

Thanks for the info for Andrew (born 1839)and Agnes (born 1839) Kappler. Are they the parents of William Kappler (born 1879) buried near them in the same cemetery?

Hello, thanks for the update info. Are you related? Would gladly transfer if you are. Do you know where her parents are buried? Found several on FindAGrave, but do not know which ones might be hers.

RE: Charles Davis-Reynolds Corners Cemetery
Hi Karen,

Thanks so much for the information on Charles and any updates you can provide. I have just begun to research this part of my family and appreciate the help from people in Michigan!

If you have any research sources you could share with me I would appreciate that as well, as I am in Massachusetts so I am not familiar (yet) with what is available for your area - Family Search and Ancestry have little information for this time period so far.

Again, many, many thanks for your help!

Hi. You sent me an email asking me to link his children. But I cannot do that - the person with the memorial for the children is the only one who can add parental links. Sorry.

Thomas Vimpany
My Dear Karen,
Because of you, my great great grandfather, Thomas Vimpany's final resting place is now marked with a gravestone. I found on familysearch.org a death date and place for Thomas Vimpany, but it was your kindness that brought me the name of the cemetery and exact location of his grave and that of his second wife, Alma Crocker Hough Vimpany. I am so grateful to you for this and for meeting Thomas Vimpany's descendants in Oak Grove Cemetery on 28th October for placement of the grave marker. We are indebted to you.

Thank you once again for your help - taking the picture and the additional information. I trust that the mosquitoes have subsided a bit and it wasn't an unpleasant trip to the cemetery. Your help is very much appreciated.
