Love Family
Hello
I too am a descendant of the Love family, my grandmother was Dollie Love. She is the Rev. Carrell M. Love & Lula E. Spencer-Love's daughter. I have been doing research on and off since 1981. This year has exploded with information I've found here and there on the internet, from documents I've recently rec'd and am still quite curious of the family tree. Have you found the choctaw connection through Lula Spencer? Her father I know has a a name of Grean Spencer, an indian scout, and his father is to be some chieftan. However, I'm running into dead ends there.
I don't know exact # of members I have for the Love's (my tree is over 1,200 and counting on all branches) but am always looking for corraborated evidence. Touch base and we can share. My email is caguy.doug@gmail.com.Take care Doug M.

Cynthia Crutchfield
Hi, Jean, I have been sending edits for Cynthia's memorial but do not see any being updated besides the correction of her maiden name. She is my grandmother's sister and I would like to connect her to her father and her children memorials. I am working with other members of her family to do these corrections. I was wondering if you are still active or if there is some reason these requests may not be getting to you.

Thanks

Edits
Hi, I have been sending edits for memorials you are managing but they do not show up on my edits list that I have sent them. I am wondering if you are getting them.

I have submitted them before and I get an email back saying the edit has been sent.

Thanks.

James Allison Crutchfield
Hi, there appears to be a duplicate memorial for James Allison Crutchfield..13364970 and 14176309. One is a picture of his military marker and the other of his private headstone. Also, I wanted to connect him with his parents but didnt know which to use. His mother is Cynthia Crutchfield 13365001 and father Thomas L. Crutchfield 13364965.

Thanks.

RE: Lydfa Mae Hankins Mc
Jean, thanks for the MC info you sent. I have all the Hankins info all the way back to Virginia. In fact, a relative completed a very amazing web site listing all Hankins family members. It is really something. At this point, I am trying to link my Hankins and Reed family on Find-A-Grave and have been working on this for quite some time. It is time consuming when you do not maintain the person. If you do not know how to link the family members I can walk you through this as it is really simple. Just want to get Lyda Mae linked to my Uncle Marcus and Aunt Mae. Thanks.

Would you consider transferring Memorial #13574900

Transfer request
I would like to request transfer of Alice Nadine Shirley (67685400). I am requesting transfer on that I am the only surviving heir closest to her.
Nadine is dead with no heirs (she didn't marry, had no children). Her father and wife are also dead. I am the grand daughter of her father's brother, Byron Shirley.
I already manage her mother and father.
I want to link the individuals of her family as well as post a bio and photos. Thank you.
Pamela Owen.

RE: Cleveland Bradley and Drew County Families
The only Baker family I'm familiar with is the Edward Simeon Baker family, arrived in Bradley County in the late 1890s, from Mississippi. His father, Jacob Baker, was born in SC and died in MS. It is thought that Jacob's father was Joseph Baker, married to Mary Warnock, but I don't know about Jacob's brothers and sisters. I haven't come across any relation to James Millard Baker. Back in SC in the early 1800s, there are just too many Joseph and Jacob Bakers to really sort them out. That's about all I know. CJ
