Interested in proof that Ms. Coons is buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery ~ her parents are buried in Liberty Methodist Church Cemetery, Franklin County, IL, in the neighborhood of where she grew up. Thank you.

Would you mind turning over the management of this site to me? Emma is my Great-Grandmother on dad's side. So grateful for this information! Emma lived in several states and I wasn't even in the right state looking for death records.

If I find anything I will let you know. I suppose this is probably a child of Isom and Nancy Warfield Trotter but with that 1841 death date it will be hard to find any documentation beyond the initials on the gravestone.

Very interesting! Thanks for sharing. My grandparents' property adjoins Ten Mile Cemetery on the north side and I grew up spending a lot of time around the Maulding graves out there.

I noticed you posted a memorial for Ernest Trotter in Rawls Cemt. Hamilton Co IL. I recently discovered a James Trotter's stone under the sod in Rawls. I cannot find any information on this and thought you might have a connection. See Find A Grave memorial 137917631 for this person. It is a 1841 burial so it is an early one.

You might try contacting the Fairfield Public Library in Wayne County. I don't have the address or phone but I visited there once many years ago. I purchased copies of the cemetery books and of some obit transcriptions which is where I got this. Sorry I don't have more information. There might not be much more than this short note in the original, just can't say.

I was looking into information on Naoma Lucile Wagley as she is listed in the Hopkins County, TX birth records and found this grave site. According to her birth records of Hopkins County, she was born on December 25th, not the 15th. Just goes to show that not all the information in an obit is correct.
Thanks for all your hard work.

I do not know where she is buried, but have added this info to the memorials of her parents. Hopefully someone will send additional information. I would be willing to transfer, as I am not related. Just a photo volunteer with an obsession! lol

Phyllis, thank you so much for the addition of Lydia's maiden name and parents. It has helped me straighten out a file I had that made no connection to anyone. Again, I appreciate the updates. Blessings in all your endeavors. Mary

Yes, I personally took both of the monument pictures. Earl grew up within 1/4 mi. of my home place and while I was too young to know Earl, I did meet Irene once when she visited her f-I-l and I knew the Crouch family well. Thanks for asking.
