RE: Edgel Belle Hendricks Davisson
Would you like me to transfer this memorial to you for management since she is your grandmother?

RE: Lynn Akers
Teri, I took two different pictures while I was there. The other picture has Iva A on the right side but the dates have been removed. If you'd like that picture posted just let me know. I can put both of them on there or change & put the one with both names on it. Have a great day. Judy

Photo of Sallie See
Thank you so much for taking a picture of Sallie See's gravestone. I really appreciate that there are people willing to go out and take pictures for complete strangers. I was afraid that at this time of year the graves would be covered in snow. You got a terrific photo. Sallie (really Sarah) was lost to her descendants until recently. Thanks so much for your willingness to provide this service.

John Riggs

I was looking at the Maplewood Cemetery photo requests and saw that you had put in a request to have a photo taken of John Riggs grave it just so happens that he is my great great great grandpa. So I was wondering if you are related to him and also if you could tell me when that photo request gets fulfilled?

Have a great day!

Sammy Boyd, Genealogist
RE: John W. Stipe
Hi Teri,

Thank you very much for the information on John.

Did you know that he and his first wife, Ornetta R. "Ornettie" (Gillock) Stipe, had nine (9) children, five of which died very young?

John and Ornetta married circa 1882 and later divorced. She and five of their young children are buried in the Gillock Family Cemetery, Lula, Coahoma County, MS. Here's the Find A Grave link:

I'm showing that John later married Margaret "Maggie" Wallace on 14 Jun 1908 in Grundy County, TN. She either died or they divorced.

I'm also showing that John then married Elizabeth "Lizzie" (Ferguson) Wilson on 22 Mar 1912 in Garland County, AR. It appears to me that Elizabeth had a prior marriage to an unknown Wilson.

Kind regards,

Sammy Boyd

RE: J. W. Stipe
Thank you Terri for the information. Someone mistakenly had his name added to a shared memorial at Zephyr Cemetery. I added the information you sent. Thanks again.

RE: George W Stipe
Hi Terry,
My third cousin David Cook acquired this military tombstone from the Veterans Administration and installed it. He sent me a photo of it to put on my tree and Find A Grave. How are you related to George W. Stipe? Here is how I am related:
We have been trying for a long time to determine where George's son John W. Stipe is buried. He is on the Arkansas Death index. Do you have any information on John?
