RE: Thank You!
You are welcome. When I first got out of high school, many, many years ago, Jim Reeder was the "head man" at my workplace. I didn't have a lot of interaction with him, but he always seemed like a very nice man.

Found and photographed the following tombstone, if you'd like to add the memorial. Harmony Cemetery : Cyrus R. Moyer 1891-1985 and Jennie M. Moyer 1898-1973.

They will not be listed till someone sets up a memorial site for them. Harmony is just across the street from me. First chance I get I'll take a walk and try to locate them. Did you know the Troutmans on Turbot Ave.? I graduated with their daughter Joyce.

Hi Nancy~

I haven't forgotten, I'm still working on this. When I was at the cemetery, I did forget where her parents were buried, that is why nothing on her yet--sorry!

Transfered two sites to you. Couple questions on Snyder family. My wife,s grandmother was Anna Snyder Steiger. Her line goes back through William Ludwig Snyder, Joseph Snyder to John L. Snyder. Any connection? Also, found a tombstone for Sgt. Alfred Snyder in Harmony Cemetery. He was in at least six Civil War battles and received a wound at Antietam from which died.I was trying to find some info on his family. I can't tie him into my wife's side. Any tie in to yours? Barry

Hi. Took a few more pictures. Jacob's wife Rebecca already has a picture of her stone posted. Her stone is beside Jacob's, to the right mounted on the same base stone. I posted a picture to William S. Rauch's site (1844-1931). Sat up a memorial site/photos for William S. (18 Nov 1843- ????) and Rebecca (Hafer) (1843-1908) Rauch. Also, a site/photo for Samuel N. Hafer (1864-1897). That takes care of all the Hafer/Rauchs on that family plot. There may be a couple more in other parts of the cemetery (later generation). I also met the person who maintains the church records on burials. He said he would check if there is anything on Anna Bella and give me a call if he finds anything. He doubted there would be anything that far back. Thats about it for now. Let me know if you want the sites I sat up transfered. Barry

RE: Jonas & Rebecca (Gilbert) Rauch
Nancy I don't have that information, all I have is Mrs. Bartol's 1924 transcription of the stones, and if they never put a stone up for her, she wouldn't be listed. I don't know if the county or the church might have a record of her being buried there, but depending on the year there may be no record at all and you may have to rely on family stories.

RE: Jonas, Laura & Anna Hafer
I had claimed your request for Jonas Hafer at Santa Ana. Since he was buried at Fairhaven and I have transferred him to you, I have had Findagrave delete that request. Since it is a duplicate, I would imagine you will want to delete it after transferring the information to the memorial I have transferred to you. Chris

RE: Jonas, Laura & Anna Hafer
Hi Nancy: Your requested transfers are done. Always glad when my memorials find a relative. I'm not sure if you realize that you can use the "edit" button on a memorial to request a transfer. That makes is really easy for the creator of the memorial to transfer it to you. Good luck in your family search. Chris

Hi, Yes I live in Milton. I'm the only child of Wilbur and Catherine Keefer. We lived on Penn St. (first street up Brown Ave). I graduated from MHS in 1963 and served 24 years in the Air Force. I currently live on Mahoning street directly accross the street from Harmony Cemetery.I do not know Beverly but I do have a cousin Sherry. Her father was Clark and her Brother is Jerry. I see Jerry often but haven't seen Sherry in 50 years. I'll have to ask Jerry if she,s in the area.I retired a year ago and have restarted my geneology research. When I go to the cemeteries (often) I look for my family, anybodys old broken stones that will soon be gone if not recorded, and of course any requests for that cemetery. Glad I could be of help. Barry
