 | John Todhunter Hello and I'm hoping this might be my great grandfather John Todhunter. He and his wife Mary lived in Cottonwood CA, had 10 children and he was murdered in 1870 by a William Williams. I think he was an attorney. I found a small article in a newspaper but there was no follow-up. His son Henry Clay was my grandfather. Could this be him? Thank you for what you do...I've been trying to find out more about him and hope you can be of help.

 | RE: Henry A TeVogt Thank you so much. The TeVogts, Caves and Pappes all lived in Yreka. My grandfather Arno C Pappe owned a bakery in town. The building burned to the ground but I plan to get down that way and check with the local history museum to see if they have any photos. It was featured in a magazine which I have a copy of the article but not the magazine. I married into the Pettits and since they have several people doing research on the family I don't do much. I do know they came from Southern France but mostly they were living in the Oklahoma/Arkansas/Texas triangle. They still have lots of family there but my husbands family moved to Corona California and most are still in that area.Added by Maranita Pettit on Feb 13, 2013 6:50 PM | |

 | Henry A TeVogt I was notified that I had posted a duplicate for Henry. If you want to keep the memorial would you transfer the information from mine first? I don't care who manages the memorial as long as it is correct. I know they put a space between the letters of the name Te Vogt on his headstone but our family does not. That is why I didn't find your memorial when I was looking for my TeVogt relatives. Henry's children are all gone and so are his grandchildren but he does have three great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren who live in Linn County Oregon. Thank you for your time and consideration. AnitaAdded by Maranita Pettit on Feb 10, 2013 9:50 PM | |

Carol H.
 | Annie and Herman Hoppe Hi, Is it possible to transfer the memorials of Annie Hoppe (#20021949) and her husband, Herman, to me? They are my Great-grand Aunt and Uncle. I know this is somewhat far from my direct lineage, but Aunt Annie was a midwife (among other things) and delivered my grandmother, Kate. She also raised my father, Ray, and his two sisters. I could add bio's to both Annie and Herman. If not, can I submit the bio's to you to add to their memorials?
Thank you, Carol PS You will not find any direct descendants for Aunt Annie and Uncle Herman as, even though they raised many children, they had none of their own.
