I had to delete Peter Wangsgard because his was a duplicate memorial. The other three are yours now.

Hi there Karen,

I noticed that you've sponsored these memorials. Would you like to manage them? I created them while working on a project to record all the graves in the Huntsville cemetery and they are not my relatives.

Also, I tried to find a marker for these two people but was unable to locate one.

Royal G. Howe
I suspect you might be a relative of Royal G. Howe (b. 1895). I found a photo of him as a young child at a local Salt Lake antique store. I have posted the image on his memorial page. Hope you enjoy it.

RE: Camille and Amelie Albert
Karen,

You're very welcome. You were fortunate in that the names were actually listed on the nameplate. Most of the people interredthere are not listed by name.

Other Alberts interred in the same vault are:

First Name Middle Name Last Name Suffix Age Date of Burial

Louise Albert 64 05/30/1911
Camille Armand Albert 91 11/13/1965
Amelie D. Albert 80 05/23/1957
Camille Albert 51 08/22/1896

Hi Ms. Williams - I went ahead and uploaded the photos to Dr. Williams' site anyway. Hopefully it will get moved to the correct location.

James Treadaway
Hi Ms. Williams -

Dr. James Treadaway is in All Saints Mausoleum, however, you've posted his memorial to the wrong cemetery. all saints mausoleum has it's own memorial page located below. I am including a link so you can post his memorial to the proper cemetery/mausoleum. I can then provide a photo.

South Africa War Graves Project
RE: Sterling Wilkinson grave
Hi,

Glad to help out. I did take the photo myself. No I do not live there. I was there for a few months over winter and photographed all the memorial panels to the missing.

Here is a link to the ABMC website, which has videos and descriptions of the cemeteries and memorials.
http://www.abmc.gov/home.php

Are the names engraved on the big white monument? - YES
Do the crosses also have their names on them? - YES, but your relative has his name inscribed on the memorial to the missing.

Is there anything else you can tell me that I can share with the family?
- I think you might find more info on ancestry. If you email me at ralph@southafricawargraves.org I might be able to locate a few things for you or set you on right path.

- the cemetery and memorial are immaculately tended by a legion of gardeners. He is NOT forgotten there.

If you would just tie her to parents I would be happy with that. If she is not related and you would like to transfer her to me, I would be happy to take care of her too. Parents are Henry E. Corless # 96672484 and Charlotte A. Patten Corless # 96672201. This puts 10 of the 11 children together. Thank you, Anita # 46989264
P.S. are we related?

RE: Isaac and Ruth Blair
Possibly. I wonder why they spelled it that way on the gravestone. Everywhere I look, it's Suddery.
I did some research and discovered "sudary" means "napkin." I also looked at Suddery and found other people by that name in England. So I have changed it back to Suddery. I have no idea why it's spelled differently, but did they make a mistake?

Isaac and Ruth Blair
Hi; I added your info. Interesting they eloped; also, I am not sure of the right spelling of Ruth's maiden name; however, I listed it as it is spelled on their grave.

So nice to learn more about my--and our-- ancestors! Thanks for the info.

Have a great day.

A.

Very nice. I was wondering the way you wrote it, if you are mentioning that Canonchet was King Philip? Thanks again for a great memorial. My many great grandfather, Isacc Johnson, died there.

Would you please remove this dup? The original memorial was dated April 28, 2005 and is linked to his wife and some of his children.
Sincerely,

You're welcome for the photos. When I do a photo request I also take a photo of each of the headstones surrounded the one requested with the same last name and upload those also if they don't have a photo. It's quite interesting what we find when looking for someone's ancestors. Enjoy, Brenda.
