Thank you for the images of the Jolicoeur headstone. It is very much appreciated as I work to tie all these people together in my family tree.

Patricia...You're welcome. But I forgot to tell you that the graves are in the Old Saint Raymond's Cemetery, not the New. The Old Cemetery uses number sections, and the New Cemetery uses saint names. I saw the error when I saw your request, but forgot to tell you. It shouldn't be hard to change.

|Michelle||RE: ps: Sullivan in Fresno|
The Sullivan's in Fresno are not related to myself. My Sullivan's come from the South Dakota/ Illinois area. The ones in Fresnos are ones I found through my volunteer work. Glad I was able to help you locate a new cousin.

You're very welcome! Yes, it took quite a bit of research and triple-checking the area to make sure I had the right place. I'm so sorry that there wasn't a marker there.
The "flower" idea actually was introduced to me by another Find A Grave member, Gerry Jean. Holy Cross is packed with interments that have no headstone. I thought it was a great way to show the location, so I copied it!

Thank you for your efforts with these photos. I am out of state and do not get down that way very often, so the help is appreciated. Also, thanks for setting up Albert's memorial. I had a feeling they would be buried together. Again, thank you for your time.

I was very shocked and saddened to hear about the vandalism that occurred at Colebrook last week. Why would any teenager (and I assume it was kids) do such a malicious thing? Was it just for kicks? If so, they are sick. Hopefully the perpetrators will be found and punished. Thank goodness the town & DPW rallied, donations were made, so the stones have been repaired.

I am just speechless....I was out all morning and just checked my E-Mail. As you know, my four tombstone photo requests were just posted last night, and Bam; you apparently were at the cemetery this morning. It doesn't get any better than this. Quite honestly I find this just extraordinary. What was interesting is that there was no marker for Theodore.
I wish I could reciprocate in some way. Nevertheless, please be assured that I most grateful for your efforts.

|Diane||RE: Gravestone of Charles A. Smith|
I do show a Charles A. Smith as a son of Henry Clay Smith and Esther (Huffman) Smith. He was 1 year old on the 1870 US Census, but did not appear in the family unit on the 1880 census. Both Henry & Esther are buried in Kosciusko county, Indiana ... which is quite a ways from Greenwood, IN. My branch of the Smith family moved from Kosciusko county to Elkhart county, Indiana. I'm sorry but I have no further information on Charles A. Smith. I hope you can find where the tombstone belongs. That is so sad that vandals would do such a thing.

Dear Ms. Gaquin,
Thanks very much for providing the photo of John E. Bickford's grave monument!
Did you happen to notice if he has a Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) Post #78 plaque, as well?

I'd like to use your photo of Jacob's grave marker on WeRelate.org - a genealogy Wiki. It would be a great addition to his person page. I would of course give you credit as photographer and copyright holder. Thanks for your consideration...

|Nancy Larsen Helmick||Holmes / McWilliams / Hunter|
I wonder if you would be willing to transfer management of the memorials for Harry A Holmes (70275279) and his wife, Louise R Holmes (70275350) to me. They were the parents of my mother, Blanche Holmes Larsen, and I would like to link those pages to other relatives found on Find A Grave, including those of my uncles, Cal Hunter and Tom McWilliams, who are also buried at this site.
As it happens, my mother died last month and she has a small separate headstone nearby.
I appreciate very much that you are willing to do this for others; I live in Ohio so getting this any other way would be difficult for me.
Thanks very much,
Nancy Larsen Helmick

Hi, I found a marker for a "Sergt. W.S. Meiggs" at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Whitman Ma. It is a marker with a "78 G.A.R." Plaque on it. I have a picture of it, but I am new to this and don't know how to add names to cemeteries yet. Is this a relative of yours?

My pleasure. I live within walking distance of the cemetery and both areas have some limited numerical points of reference that were helpful in narrowing the field. Joyce is buried about fifty feet from my parents.
