Changes were made for you! Ida Inez Smith Hallman was my great Aunt. My grandmother was Kate Smith Morris. My mother was Bessie Burkhalter Haywood. Are you related?

RE: Alverda Owens
You're very welcome! I apologize that I couldn't find the graves in New Prospect Baptist's Cemetery. The current church location must not be original. The sign outside the church says that the cemetery was established in 1875 but that is NOT the cemetery located across the street! I don't know when I'll be back in Ashland but will consult a great uncle on our next trip and he will be able to point me in the right direction!

Cemetery Name & History
I'm looking for the Fellowship Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Harris County, GA. I cannot find an address and it's not listed in Find a Grave. This cemetery (Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Shiloh, Harris County, GA) is the nearest in name and geography. Does anyone know if they're the same cemetery and simply changed the name?

David Rowl
Rowl Headstone
Hi Sue,
Just wanted to say that whoever gave the name of my great grandmother was incorrect even though the headstone say other wise. I wish there was a way to get it change but at this time and moment I don't know how. My great grandmother's name should had been Nancy L Rowl instead of Jeanie for Jeanie East was Nancy twin sister who had died the same day she was born.

Just thought I would let you know. If you still wish to contact me, you can reach me at davidrowl2000@yahoo.com.

Ledford E. Strickland
Hi Sue. I was working on my research in the Smith part of my family tree and I was confused because I have Ledford E.(Eugene) Strickland as the son of Eugene Strickland. But you say on the memorial that he was the son of Hezekiah?
Let me know what you think.
Thanks,
Wendy Martin
