RE: Musser photo
Ahoy matey....glad to have been able to get those photos for you!!

Yes, I was in Uncle Sam's Yacht Club from 1982-1988. I was a Dental Tech and the only fighting I did was in the battle of tooth decay!! :) :)

I was stationed in San Diego, CA and Adak, Alaska. I was an LPN prior to enlisting and I wanted to become an RN but the Navy didn't have a program for me to do it while I was still enlisted so I was honorably discharged and went back to school. I was planning on returning to service as an officer but I got married. I really enjoyed my time in the service. I'll always treasure those memories.

Oh, by the way, I have other Musser photos that I need to add. I have to check to see if they have memorial pages and if not, I'll add them and then post the pictures. All the Mussers are buried in a family plot so they must be related. I'll let you know when I'm done so you can see them and I'll gladly transfer them to you.

Take care, and thank you so much for your service to our great country.

Fair winds and following seas,
Linda

ALMAC
Genealogy
Hi Paul

You are quite welcome. I like to read excerpts about how people get into their genealogy. I use to ask my mother years ago, up to the time she passed away, if we/I had and living relatives. She just refused to talk about it. In the mid 1990's i decided to go to the Jefferson Barrack's National Cemetery in St. Louis. I knew my g-grandfather was buried there. His tombstone inscription led me to beleave he was from Brussels, Belgium(the country). Was I ever wrong, he was from Brussels, Illinois, not very far from where I live. Things really escalated from that point on. I have about, very roughly though, 4000 names, some go back to the Revolutionary war.

My wife who is interested on her side of the family too.

We kinda got cabin fever last winter and stumbled across Findagrave, while surfing tne internet for deceased relatives. We just enjoy helping other people. Your thanks were well received.

Maynard and Alice Stinsman
Both are located at Riverview Cemetery rather than Riverview Abbey Mausoleum. The cemeteries are just across from each other but do not belong together. Lots of confusion many times....

wrong cemetery name
Would you please move your seven BUCKNERs to the correct cemetery. You have them placed in what you call "Mount Vista Cemetery" in Alamagordo, Otero Co., New Mexico The name of the cemetery is actually "Monte Vista Cemetery," in same city, county, and state. Thanks! :-)
