|Jeff Lovelace||King Family of Washington, DC|
Can you help me locate a husband and wife that passed away in DC? It seems that DC has that 50 year rule about obtaining a copy of a Death Certificate, which is keeping me from finding their burial location. Could you access the Obits in the Library?
Please help me if you can.

This is the grave of my grandmother & grandfather. Will you transfer the memorial over to me please. Thank you for setting them up. Also, have you come upon Asa Murray? He was the brother of Sue Ezzell and died about 1962 in Floresville. I thought he was buried in the same cemetary, but cannot find him. He operated Murray Funeral Home in Floresville prior to his retirement in the late 1950's.

|TLH||Oscar Burks photo request|
Hi, the volunteers would be happy to fill your photo request however we will need a burial location to do so.
Can you please contact Laurel Land and get a burial location for your request? The number is 214 371 1336
or the email link is:
There are over 391 photo requests currently and the volunteers cannot ask for that many locations to fill requests. With a location, your request will get filled pretty quickly. Thanks for your help!

Thanks so much for the parent links for Helen. Much appreciated. I am aware of the duplicate that has been made for Charles Harter. I have sent R.G.O. another SAC regarding the duplicate and have copied the bio info he had on his memorial to mine with credit to him.
I lived in Winfield, KS for 12 years prior to moving to Wichita in 2005. I lived on the intersection of 6th street and Harter. :-) I assume Harter street was named after Charles Harter.

My apology for the duplicate memorial for Ina. I try to make sure I do not duplicate but it still happens sometimes. I have moved my tombstone photo from my deleted memorial to you posting. Thanks for telling me about the duplication.

You asked if I knew if her husband is William Lee. I don't know for sure. But I would think its a safe bet since they are buried next to each other.
They are not in my family. I was in Houston and stopped by the cemetery to find an ancestor. Didn't have any luck. The page is so huge and the office was closed, so I just took "pay-it-forward" photos.
I am glad I found pictures of someone's family.

Thanks for your good natured response, Mark. I always appreciate corrections to my memorials. Sometimes my fingers just seem to hit the wrong buttons!

How exciting! I'm assuming that you already had the demographic details about your grandparents but it's still fun to see their grave site. Their grave site is in a very lovely spot, in a cemetery full of trees, flowers and rolling hills.

Mark, you didn't request a picture for Bayards wife but I added it anyway.

Yes, you are correct. I ran into the same thing. I was told it was against their policy to do it. I will talk to them again and see what I can get them to change their mind.

For William Alfred Scott, the date in the first line of his bio reads 1857 ... it should be 1856.

|beckyt||RE: Garden of Memories / Restland? -a bit more|
Well Mark, I thought you had the mystery solved but I just checked with Restland to see if they had a record of Lee Mortimer Jenney whose obit says he designed The Garden of Memories and is buried there. If he had been buried there in Restland, that would have proved your theory. They didn't have anyone by that name. I guess I need to move those two or three you found over to Restland. I wish they would look up the others, but doubt they will. I am still waiting to hear from my one remaining source who might know the location for Garden of Memories. Stay in touch if you find out more.

On Henry's headstone there is information for his wife, but she is not listed on find a grave. would you like the info to make a memorial, or would you rather I do it?
Also I found Henry in the Avera - Taylor plot. I am not sure if that will help you with your genealogy.
