RE: Sarah Armstrong
Memorial# 34975973, I am not related. Sarah is a Mosley [Moseley] descendent, as am I. Sometimes I get carried away following a family line. No need for a transfer, thank you for offering and for your work on this wonderful website.

Dear Rita,

Can you post the picture from My grandfather( Horace Elgin Goodman's page # 28371427 to my grandmother Thelma Allen # 47828371.
I would like to have that picture of she and him on her page also.

Thanks

Mary Lane
I am glad we were able to help. I uploaded quite a few additional pictures of the cemetery. Some one had placed a new stone for Isaac and Polly Lane so I went ahead and added them to their memorials. I have forwarded the family connections as I do not manage some of the corresponding memorials.

Mary Lane?
Hi, We went out to the Lane cemetery today. The cemetery is in terrible shape and is located off the road back in the woods and is completely overgrown. However, I believe that we found the Mary E that you are looking for but we think that she is actually Mary E Gillespie. Her inscription is located on the North face of a large monument that is considered the Lane monument so it would be easy to think she was a Lane but the inscription reads:

Mary E. daughter of Wm. F.& Sarah P. Gillespie
Born Nov. 14, 1834 Died Aug 11, 1836

the other faces are Issac H Lane, Joseph Lane, and Sarah Pride Gillespie

I will post the photo and if you disagree let me know and I will remove it.
Hope this helps with your research. I will also be uploading photos and inscriptions from other stones in the Lane Cemetery.

Harlan S. DonCarlos
Rita, are you related to Harlan Silcott DonCarlos by any chance? His memorial is 96454839.

I am related to his wife, in a very distant manner. I have been trying to link the family all up.

BARN GIRL
Serched in vain for Robert & Vencil Carlos
So sorry I could not find the graves for Carlos' you were requesting. Searched & searched for them. In the far back right-hand side of the cemetery behind the church were a few Carlos buried but none with names matching Robert or Vencil. Many of the primitive graves (which these would not have been) were worn smooth, fallen and unreadable. The cemetery is in poor shape but pretty.

RE: Bessie Barker
Dear Rita, I just found your message on my Find A Grave site. Sorry this took so long coming. Yes, you can use the picture and story of "Little Bessie". I appreciate you asking. So many people don't ask and post family information as though it was theirs.
May I visit your Family Tree? Please send me information on how I can do this. My email is: gfarren6@aol.com.
By the way, I'm trying to fine my grandfather, Frank J. Barker. He was born in 1886 in Ness City, Kansas. He disappeared from Castle Gate, Utah in 1918, before my father was born. He probably died in 1965, somewhere. There is a lot of misinformation out there but none of it leds me to my grandfather.
With Regards,
Jerry (Barker) Farren

Nancy Crane
RE: Lucinda Kester, Hollis Arnold
I took the photo, but when I went to post it, I realised the memorial you had requested a photo for (#7348433) is a duplicate of #19407355, which has a photo posted by someone else. In accordance with Find A Grave rules, I contacted the person who created the duplicate to advise her of the fact. She doesn't seem inclined to delete hers, however, I will not post a photo to the duplicate. Sorry for the confusion!
