The name on this cemetery is Baker-Hamblin. Can you submit a change for this?

|Kathleen ||Memorials in Calvary Cemetery Toledo|
Several of my relatives are in Calvary Cemetery in Toledo. I recently posted photos on several graves. Several graves has something about no pictures. I thought this was a choice. Now my photos are not visible. One is my grandmother Margaret Lehaney ORourke #107052374. Please forgive me if I did something wrong. How should I do this? Thank You.

Hello Fishnuttie Parker,
This is part of my son in laws family lineage, although, we've been having a good laugh, as it appears Ezekiel Parker (1751 - 1804) is also part of my husbands collateral lineage from Vermont. With 8 Children, I have 5 sons in law & 1 daughter in law and they have come to find, we all have a number of common ancestors. Family research is quite interesting.
The Best to You and Yours, Butterfly~Kisses

Lillian Ruth Mapes was my maternal grandmother. The relation to Mapes is only through her.

|Al Leck||Possible confusion re. family tree|
I happened upon your good memorial page for Swiss-born immigrant David Ackerman (1798-1877), spouse to German-born Catherine Auverter (1815-1876). My family record shows a son born to the abovementioned David and Catherine. The son's name was David Ackerman(Jr)(1844-1915) and he married Mary Phoebe McRill (1843-1914)and parented my grandmother Lula Elnora Ackerman (Leckbee). I was wondering why David Jr.'s name does not appear on your list of progeny for Swiss-born David Ackerman. Has there been some confusion regarding the Ackerman genealogy? Your response would be greatly appreciated. -AL

Thanks ever so much for creating their memorials in Fayler Cemetery. There are only 14 buriels listed. Is it really that small? I will plan on visiting in the spring if there are more markers. Thanks again. Elaine

I know how it is. I'm always trying to trim the grass/weeds and brush the dirt off when I take photos, too. But, sometimes we forget our cleaning supplies.
If you are ever back in the area, by all means, have at it. But, don't make a special trip.
All the best, Sherrill

Thanks so much for taking the time to photograph this one. It works fine as taken, so not to worry about cleaning it up.

Wow! I didn't expect a response so soon. Thank you soooo much! That is great that you have the book for Union Hill Cemetery in Bowling Green. By any chance, are you the caretaker of the cemetery? I don't understand what the addendum is/means. And that's really neat about the transcription on sheepskin. I just about fell out when I read your email. I am leaving in the morning on an ancestry research trip to Toledo, Ohio and plan on visiting several different cemeteries in and around the Toledo area and Union Hill is one of them. Would it be possible to get together with you to get a photograph of the transcriptions in the book on sheepskin and other transcriptions of family members? I am also going to visit libraries as well so maybe I will be able to find Steven's obituary to get funeral home information so that they may be able to provide some insight as to where he was laid to rest. Anyway, thank you again and I would love to get together with you at your convenience during my visit to Toledo next week. Fran
