J. P. Crawford 12821594
Linda, I see you created a memorial for (I think) my ancestor. Lt. James P. Crawford 1836-1862 was my uncle X 3. I created a duplicate because I had more info to add. If you can add his parents links & siblings to the one you have I will delete mine at Oakland Cem, Allanta, Ga. And also add his name if you can please. Thanks a million! Will you let me know? :)

Enoch Britt
Good evening,

I was looking at the memorial for Enoch Britt on Find A Grave (#15834440) and noted there is no photo. There is a number of references on the memorial to the fact he was in the Co F 3rd NC Inf. How did you come to this connection or do you have more information? His Service Records indicate he was hospitalized in 1863, and I almost wonder if he died in 1863 as opposed to 1862.

Anything you can provide me would help.

Thank you very much

Greg Parkes

You're welcome. I live very close to the church so it was no problem at all. I noticed there were a number of people without headstone photo's so I've been trying to get everyone a photo as well as getting everyone listed that has a marked headstone in the cemetery.

Edward McBride, Central Texas Veterans Cemetery

I went out to the Veterans' Cemetery today. Edward's stone is not in place yet. There is only a temporary marker, which I did take a photo of. I can place the temporary marker on his Find-
A-Grave page or you could remove your request and place it again a little later. I saw temporary markers for burials from Dec 2011, but Nov 2011 burials had stones. It seems to be taking about a minimum of 5 months for stones to be placed.

Please let me know what you would like me to do.
