question re: lova cline
tom, i was wondering if you have yet another photo of the sign that appears to have been posted in front of the little dollhouse grave? it looks like a sign the cemetery put up but i don't know. i'd love to see what it says. thanks. orleans.

Thank you for taking the time to put my son on the Find A Grave website. I have looked at it many times and wrote on it a few times. It has helped ease my loss.

Good Morning Tom
Is it cold in your little corner of the world this mornin', my friend? It was 19 here, the longjohns felt pretty dang good! Just wondering how my Harley Rider/Gun Expert was getting along. Hope you and all your family had a blessed Thanksgiving together and made lots of wonderful memories.

Had ten deer in the wheat field this huge Buck, what a magnificent animal he was, we are NOT hunters, so I hope and pray he makes it through deer season, we rarely see'em in the pastures with our cattle, they keep their distance, they are always very welcome here on the ranch, and so are the Canadian the coyotes, they hang around in our pastures all the time, it's cute to watch the cattle chase'em out of the pastures, cattle are very territorial.

Take Care, and have a very good week
Hugs ~ Pixie

Hi Tom,...
I looked upon the net about "Sweetest Day" & it originally started in Cleveland, Ohio in 1922. It's the 3rd Saturday of October. Ohio is the top state for Sweetest Day sales. The next top states in sales are: Michigan, Texas, California & Florida. I don't know how many other states know of it but I know Colorado does. It all began when a female actress by the last name of Pennington, gave out candy to 2,200 boys that delivered newspapers in their communities. Another actress gave out candy to 10,000 more people & it kept growing. Hallmark Greeting Cards for Sweetest Day came out for family, friends, sweethearts & spouses. It's nearly like Valentine's Day. I first knew about it in 1973, but didn't know the background about it till now. Enjoy the weekend & stay safe.~ Fri.,10-26-2012 1:22 AM EST

Thank for visiting my teen son's memorial. That was the perfect token. He loved guitar, piano, bongos & was learning to play drums. He & his friend Billy were hoping to cut a record. ~ You & Family enjoy this beautiful day. :-)) Sun.,10-21-2012 11:11 AM EST

Mr. Williams,
Thank U for the token Thur., 10-11-2012, that U left for my son, Timothy Lee Turner, "Rest In Peace" ~ Remembering Murder Victims. I appreciate it very much. :-) Like yourself, I found Find A Grave totally by accident. And I too, since I was a teenager, like walking thru the graveyards, looking at the different stones/markers & how some are so uniquely decorated. I have one other son & my husband in the same cemetery as Tim. I haven't made memorials for them yet. I've made one for my Uncle but don't have the pictures in yet. ~ I've been having a difficult time & can't find Marjoie's Memorial. I want to leave her a token as well. I would need her Memorial#. Again, thank you for your thoughtfulness. I'm Praying for blessings, prosperity & a long healthy life for U & your family. ~ Sat., 10-13-2012 5:14 P.M. EST.

WOW COWBOY, YOU KNOW YOUR GUNS!!!! I went and looked to see if the little .22 pistol had H&R on the handle, to my surprise there it know more about our guns than I do! I know one thing that Mossberg pump shotgun is heavy, I was wondering later how come I got stuck with carrying it around, guess cause I wasn't the "Birthday Girl", she got the little light .22 pistol. How in the heck did you know the 30-30 was a 1894?! We were trying to look like desperado's, actually Belle Starr and Sweet Foot Sue are prissy city girls.

It isn't necessary to thank me for visiting your precious daughters memorial, it's always an honor. I remember you sending pictures of the James Dean memorial gathering last year. Enjoy riding on these nice fall days, not ready for real cold or even snow, but love it in the 60's.

Take Care My Friend

Dear Tom, Thank you for leaving a tribute to my son. You as a father knows what this means. I have to say that your memorials to loved ones are just amazing; they are beautifully written and bring the person "to life."
(I have a feeling we were born in the same year.) Again thank you, sadly we share similiar losses.

Hello Sweet Friend, I'm sorry it's taken me so long to email you back, busy busy two days. Went to my sisters in Ponca City, Oklahoma yesterday got home late last night, today hand washed the car, mowed the lawn, two and half acres...think I'd rather be taking pictures! Think I'd better stick to cow-punching cattle than trying to be a photographer...but you're so kind to say so!

Tom, please know it's always a real honor to visit beautiful Marjorie, bless your heart...a broken heart never heals, all we can do is cry and remember the memories and how things use to be, but one day we will be with them again, that's what we have to look forward too, if I didn't truly believe that I don't think I could go on.

Start our cattle buyin' trips to Arkansas next week, we usually run from 800 to 1,000 head of beef cattle, but because of this horrible drought we have had the last two summers, we'll be cuttin' our head count down to 500 head.

I hope you have a good weekend, enjoy ridin' that pretty Harley of yours....I sure appreciated you sending me a picture of my little Harley "Scat", I'll never forget how much fun it was to ride, bein' the only girl around that could ride a motorcycle was pretty neat!

Love and Hugs ~ Pixie
