|JARROTT P. COX||Your message:|
I would appreciate your making the following additions:
Connect Mary, #69163358, as the mother of Thomas, #69163455; Joseph W., #69163521; and Elizabeth, #69163604.
Mary was born Mary D. Farrow in Kentucky. Her spouse was Griffin B. DeAtley (1804-1870), born in Virginia and died in Indiana. Their children, that I know of from census records, were all born in Indiana and were: William (1830- ); Thomas (Nov 1833-1915); Joseph (1836-1892); James (1840- ) ; and Elizabeth (Sep 1842-1925)
This family is not at all directly related to me, but it is of interest because they are maternal ancestors of my half brother. Again, thank yu for your contribution to findagrave that enabled me to find the burial site of this portion of the DeAtley family.
Im sorry I been doig up dates all day and Im so tired I just cant make since of this would You be so kind as to resend it to Me in a little clearer message so an old fogy can make it out .thank You or mzybe I can transfer it. let Me know

Hi Kay - I happened upon the Keeports stone at Arlington this weekend and have uploaded photos to your memorials. Also on the stone are Robert F. and Emma K. Devenny. Would you like to create these memorials or shall I?

Get my fuzzy logic award ready, I'd like it in pink please!
I have worked that line & have even been to Havana IL to visit graves & get deeds, etc.
My great grandmother, was Dora (Wilson) Wood, a sister of Jennie (Wilson) Martin Wood. Jennie married the Father (James Wood) and Dora married the son, John Henry Wood.

|nlhshelby||RE: Photo of James Wood monument|
Kay, The James Wood monument is very worn & seems to collect a black mold. We don't get down there to Big Creek every year but do try to clesn it when we do. The monument is made of a very soft stone as so many of the old ones are & it has weathered badly.
Yes, James' 1st wife, Margaret Elizabeth (McCarty) Wood is buried in that plot & her name is on the south side of that west facing monument. I have tried to photograph it several times & have just decided to put the the best of our efforts on her Find A Grave memorial.
Are you related to the James Wood line?
I am trying to get all their children linked to them on Find A Grave & am looking for their son, Martin Wood.

|David Gelatt||Landis in Lancaster|
Hi Kay. I fulfilled Levi and George for you at Lancaster Cemetery but the photo of Ida did not come out right so I will go back there this week...just did not claim the request yet till I know I can take the photo. There are some headstones damaged in that row which I believe might be Elizabeth. There is also a Howard Landis in that row that says 'brother' on top of the headstone. I have the photo if you would like to create the memorial.
