RE: Andreas Spring/Anna Maria Steinbrenner
It's not the old records that I was looking in. There was a fairly recent survey of all of the burials in the cemetery as many of the tombstones had sunk, disappeared, or been destroyed. There was no listing of any Anna or Andreas Spring at all. Nothing of a variance either. There was one Spring listed, though I cannot at the moment remember off the top of my head the given name of the individual.

It's very possible that they were at one time buried there, but now their stones are gone. As I said before, there are so many stones that the inscriptions have been completely erased by time and weather and there are many that you can tell are missing (large gaps in between where you would have thought a spouse would have been).

I'm sorry that this search has not been as fruitful as you would have liked. The same thing has happened to me, though a little closer to my generation. My great-grandparents' tombstones are missing from a cemetery in Texas. I know how frustrating and disheartening it can be when your search turns up nothing but empty ground.

McKim/Wright Families
Hi, I am a McKim/Wright family researcher. I am from Baltimore Maryland and am doing extensive research on both of these families from Loudoun County, Virginia. The some of the Wright Family has led me to Frederick and Montgomery County Maryland. If anyone has any information on the descendants of Patterson Wright and his children mainly Martha Patty Wright whom married James McKim born abt 1784 and died after 1850 as she died abt 1825 I would really appreciate the information. Martha Patty Wright married James McKim between 1897-1808 Dec in Loudoun County Virginia. Any info on any Wrights would be much appreciated as I have been search quite a bit and have found some listings on which has been very helpful to me. Hope to hear from someone. Thanks Carolyn

I apologize for it taking me so long to get this photo for you. There was also a stone for a James W. A. Wright son of R. T. and Charlotte Wright between William and Charlotte. Is he one of yours??

Mary A.C. Fawley
Hello again,
Am working in neighboring Lovettsville Union cemetery & re: your listing for Mary A.C. Fawley...I have the book with all the burial listings there (they came from the cemetery interment book) and there is no Mary A.C. Fawley. There is however Laura I. Fawley, June 4, 1851 -- Dec. 4, 1873, listed as being a daughter of William & Elizabeth. I don't know anything about the Fawleys but thought you might like that bit of info, since the death date & parents are the same.

Hi Máirín,
I just posted photos of the graves of John & Anna Maria Ault Fawley at New Jerusalem Lutheran Church cemetery, Lovettsville, Va. If you'd like big copies let me know & I'll email them to you. Also, can you remove your photo request for Anna Spring at New Jerusalem. I have a complete transcription of the cemetery (which I used to locate your Fawleys), and she has no stone there, so no point in sending a volunteer out there looking.
