RE: Sunnyside Cem
Paul,

Thank you for contacting me. I need some information from Ontario Co. Is there anyone I can contact to do a couple of look ups for me. I need 2 marriages, one death and a maiden name. I E-Mailed the contacts given on the usgenweb site and never got any response. Regarding Sunnyside Cem., where did you get the information from on the interments? I am mostly interested in Phoebe E. Stinger Pierce Smith Covell. Most everything I need centers around her and 2 of her sons, Charles and Joseph and who I think may be a missing daughter. Also, is there someone who can do look ups in Yates County, or do you know? Thanks for any help you can give me. I really appreciate it.

Thanks for the photograph
Paul,
My sincere thanks for your help with the headstone photograph.
The source records I was using had dates all over the place.
This definitely cleared things up.
Warmest regards

RE: Eugenius & Fidelia Ingraham
Okay, here is what I found. Sarah's maiden name was Blair. Sarah and Eri also had a son named Frank B. Ingraham born in 1859 who married Emily Smith Reid on 09 Sep 1896 in Mass. Sarah's parents were John Blair and her mom's maiden name was Sterling. She died 11 Mar 1904 in Worcester, Mass.

Charles Acquaviva/Accaviva/Lacey
Hi Paul,

I somehow missed your last message until I cleaned up my spam folder today and found it. Sorry for the delay in acknowledging your most recent effort to locate a marker for Charles a few weeks ago.

Thank you once more for your time and energy spent in the attempt to locate him for me. It is mystifying how his obit states he is buried in St. Patrick's Cemetery, and yet there is no cemetery office record to be found of him by any of the possible three surnames by which he may be identified.

I will be scratching my head over this one for quite some time to come. If I ever make any progress with it, I will be sure to let you know.

In the meanwhile, take care.

Best regards,

Pam Acquaviva Kalbfleisch

Holy smokes, Paul, this might have put you in harm's way, didn't it? Still, thank you so much for taking the photo which shows the inscription beautifully at my end.

Joseph Taft in Pioneer
Thank you for clarifying the Joseph Taft/Shelton issue. I requested the memorial for Joseph Taft be deleted (along with a few others created from the information on the Ontario genweb site, which has a few errors). You previously said there was a monument for Joseph Shelton. When you get a chance, can you upload it to his memorial? Thanks.

Ellen Herrmann
I was wondering how you did it !
I couldn't believe the quality of the photos for the Plimpton markers especially John's which was set deep in the shadows beneath two huge pines. Somehow you managed to get wonderful pictures of the inscription and I thought to myself, "I wonder if he might be a professional photographer who has access to special lighting equiptment?"
Turns out you are one very smart man with a wonderful friend that helps you. What tremendous people I have met through "Find A Grave." Please tell your friend how very grateful I am !
Sincerely,
Ellen
