I did find one William E. Allen, 1807-1877, in the same section and too far from Lydia, but not in any adjoining lots.

I found her buried with other family and I am assuming that Eliza is her daughter, but I have been wrong before.
Please note the difference in her birth year, and stones have been know to be wrong also.
