RE: Clark
My pleasure!!
The person that removed the photo(s) got mad because she thought some folks were misusing her photos. She then removed over 40,000 photos from Find A Grave. I am working with another Find A Grave'r who had a lot of hers removed also.
As long as my photos are for personal use and not sold for profit, anyone may use them.

Francis Ward & Charlotte Ward
I am inquiring about your memorials for Francis #72202826 & Charlotte Holmes Ward #72202826. I am looking for an obituary for them and called the cemetery to get a month and day of their deaths. They are telling me they can find them buried there. Could you tell what information you have on their burial? I am related to Charlotte's sister Nackey. Thanks Donna #47988009

Capt. David Messenger
Maggie -- I am writing to ask if you would please consider amending your note on David Messenger's memorial, (#19690331). Abiah King was not David's mother. While it is true that Nathaniel Messenger eventually married Abiah King (she was his 3rd wife), their marriage took place in 1797 when he was 71 and she, the widow of Joseph King, was 67. Not only well past child birthing age, but also well after David's documented birth year of 1760. I would be pleased to share any documentation you feel you would need to be convinced. I do appreciate you correcting the record. Thank you so much. Gayle

Green Family

I noticed in your names of interest is the Green Family of Marion Co, OH. My ancestor Phoebe Jane aka Janie Green married Hugh Wilson Ross, as his second wife on May 1845 in Kenton, Harding Co, OH. They are listed in the 1850 census in Bowling Green, Marion Co, OH.

With his first wife being a Clark/e, and his second wife a Green, and you are researching both names together, and you have the Ross memorial, I am wondering, are you missing a Phoebe? Or possibly do you know of which family possibly in Marion Co, OH she could be connected to?

I just thought it awfully coincidental. You might have my missing link. My Phoebe was born in Pennsylvania according to all the census records. I just went back and reverified it as I somehow had Hugh in Find A Grave incorrect as being born in Pennsylvania instead of Ohio like the census records shows.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Clark and Green families
Dear Maggie,

I noticed that you have been researching the Clark families. I noticed that on the James H Ross Find A Grave 21874908 there is a Rebecca. Since the five names are first David and Elizabeth, they are the parents, with the last three being children. So, this Rebecca would also be a child. She is not listed with another name or any other distinction.

The confusion is Hugh Wilson Ross had as a first wife a Rebecca Clark/e, and she died in 1845, at least according to my grandmother's data, which I am working on verifying. This Rebecca also died in 1845. I am finding that researchers are using the dates of the Rebecca on this tombstone as the dates of Rebecca Clark/e Ross who was the first wife of Hugh Wilson Ross. He is also the son of David and Elizabeth Ross, per information from a descendant of David Curry Ross who has the Ross Bible. I have asked for a photo copy or a picture of the Bible or a transcription, but was denied.

Would you have any info regarding this?

Hi Maggie,
You had sent me some family linds for 14569163 Madaline Hagerty Long. That memorial number is for a Kerby Edwards. If you want to send the correct memorial number I will make those corrections or I would be more than happy to transfer those memorials to you if they are your family. Your choice. Thanks, Beth

RE: kate lorena bird

Yes, the last name of Bird is correct for Lorena. Thrailkill was her mother's maiden name. They are related to me, and I would be happy to manage this one, if you would allow. Thanks!

Maggie I have been researching those buried at Meeker for many years and have a lot of info that could be added. I have added about six hundred names and am in the process of linking a add facts. While I am in the process of doing this if you could transfer management of the memorials that you have credit in the Frame Cemetery, these could update as those that I have added are being completed.

RE: Jane Fouke
Hi Maggie,
Thanks for thinking me...working with me.
I have been so fortunate. I use, but findagrave has really filled a big gap for me and my family research.
Don't you just love linking up family members...somehow I think they'd be pleased to be remembered that way.
Take care,
