|BBowers||Isabelle, Thomas & Susanna Saylor|
Hi Mr. Poling, thank you for transferring management of Isabelle, Thomas and Susanna's memorials to me. Isabelle may have been trying to start a new life when she moved from her native Virginia/West Virginia. I wish I knew why she decided to settle in Greene County, Ohio. She had no kin there that I'm aware of.

Yes, Stacy L. Copsey 1876-1930. The photo of the stone I took is not the best, but if you do a memorial I will be glad to add it.

|Carol Strain||my grandfather Charles Russel Strain|
Hello, Mr. Poling.
I accidentally found this web site while hunting for an out of print business book at Google.
I don't think you are a relative, so I wonder how people are posting this information at this site?
Charles Russel Strain was my grandfather. I think Russell had two l's, but I must go back and check.
I am looking for an Elizabeth Strain. I found a listing on a census record that listed her as Revolutionary War Widow. She came to Greene County Ohio after her husband died. That is all I know. I have never done genealogy and must learn to find these things.
How do you transfer a page to a family member?
Thank you for your time in taking pictures and posting it.
Carol E. Strain

Thank you John, I try to put all the names of photo owners that I have permission from in one place,,usually next to the person in our family's name and or the cemetery...but sometimes I look and look and can't find a certain name, so I kind of repeat myself on the requests,,,so, sorry if I seem to be bothering you with it,,,again thank you for your gracious permission for the cemetery headstone photo's Mary

|Donna M. St. Felix||A thank you ...|
I'm a new member for contributions in the Dayton area and poking around I found your bio. Just a thank you for mentioning that people need to slow down when entering information. I've seen some real messes and duplicates already. I hope people appreciate all the extra effort you go to with what you furnish to the site.

|The Genealogy Genie||Re: Lowell POLLEY|
Hello. I just got your message. There were no gravestone markers near Mr. Polley that lead me to believe his immediate family laid next to him. His stone is two rows straight up from his mother's Delaney family.

Do you know of Catherine (age 36), Frederick L. (age 8) and Ruth (age 6) who all died 6/29/1914? I see one Lemon from the same date in 1915.

Well, I just know that a request was made to photograph her stone, the office gave me this location & the photo was taken.
Do the husbands name [ Wright Mathis], child's name [ Jack E] and her maiden name [ Morby] check out? It is confusing. Maybe one interment was just a memorial & the other is her actual grave? [ I had a distant ancestor that this was the case]
You maybe would get more info by calling the office of Ukiah Cemetery & see what the burial card says. Wish I could be more help, but that's all I know.

|Carol Miller Leslie||RE: Harry Block|
I'm so sorry, I see the error now. I took pictures of half the cementery yesterday and have the other half to go. Harry still may turn up. The heat was getting to be too much or I would have finished. I'll remove the picture that I posted. Thanks John.

I just posted a photo for your request. I am not pleased with the result, howver. The day was starting sunny and perfect for shooting but by the time I found the stone, it was getting rather cloudy. I need to go back before too long and get some others and will try to get a re-do then. Yes, his wife Corda is there. And someone has already added her memorial page in June. Let me know if I can be of any further help.
