Anna Nink Leonard
Regarding Anna Nink Leonard (1880-1905), Find A Grave Memorial# 34807236:

In researching some family history in Bastrop County, I was surprised at locating another Find A Grave Memorial# 7030747, which I reckon is for the same person. I believe yours must be the actual burial location since the other reads "erected to the memory of". Caroline Cornelia Leonard (1839-1901), the mother of Anna's husband, Dr. John Walter Leonard (1873-1939), is buried in this other cemetery (Antioch, Alum Creek). Perhaps this other memorial was for the benefit of the husband's Protestant family. Anna C. Nink is mentioned in relation to her husband in a book written by Mary Anderson Leonard entitled WILLIAM ANDERSON & REBECCA DENNY AND THEIR DESCENDANTS 1706-1914.

This is informational only. I thought I would mention this since the keepers of the other memorial state that they have not been active at Find A Grave since 2005.

Sherie Felsing
Clarice Jupe Theis
Hi Janet,

As I was looking at Jupe's buried in St. Jerome's Catholic Cemetery, I noticed that there was a Find A Grave Memorial for Clarice Theis (75643710). She is still living. It was her husband, Wilfred, (44855888) who is deceased.

Thanks, Sherie Felsing

Eugene Cornelius

The Seidels are my wife's kinfolk. To my knowledge August and Maria Seidel came from Prussia to Goliad County about 1855/6 - they are wife's great great great grandparents. Their children lived in Goliad and Karnes counties. Though I cannot prove it, I think August had a brother, Joseph, who settled in Austin County - relatives ended up in Runnels County. I do not know of a connection to the Seidels in Bastrop.

RE: Theodore Rauschuber
I've looked at the memorials on several occasions and don't really know if he was moved or not. I think since there are tombstones at both locations there should be two memorials. But I think we should make some notations on the memorials as to the fact that there are two tombstones and two memorials. What do you think?

RE: Request Management of this Memorial
My number is 47588360. I hope this is the number you are asking for. I have already linked Alvin to his parents. If you click on either, you will see how they link together.

My great grandfather was Adolph. Alvin's father was Charles. Charles and Adolph were brothers.

I hope this answers your questions. If not, please let me know.

Alvin was married to Elaine Catherine Keilberg.

RE: Ralph Dunkelberg
I see what you are talking about now. There are only 2 Dunkleburgs in Riverside Cemetery. I talked to Ralph Dunkelberg III and he said that Ralph C. died in Ft. Wayne Indiana in 1937. And he is the one that is buried next to Ruby. The only thing I can think of is, maybe he was buried in Indiana and his body was exhumed and brought to Wichita Falls? It's really strange but the date comes from the city listing. If you want to have the date changed, you can email the lister, Progbase, and have him change the date. Ralph III seems to think his body was brought back to Wichita Falls to be buried and the wife and kids came back also and lived at the Weeks Mansion for a while.

RE: Ralph Dunkelberg
I am afraid that I don't understand what you are asking for. There are only 2 Dunkelberg's buried in the Riverside Cem. according to the City of Wichita Falls cemetery list. They are:

Dunkelberg Ralph C. 1898 1937
Dunkelberg Ruby A. 1902 1989

source for bio - Dunkelberg
Thanks so much Janet. The source for David Dunkelberg's bio was very helpful. It also provided information on several other people buried in Drummond & Phillipsburg. I am glad I asked - I had not seen that webpage before.

Thanks for the bio on David Dunkelberg. I have posted it to his memorial. Do you have a source I can post with the info? Even if the source is "family recollections" it is useful to anyone reading it. Thanks again.

In order for there to be a link between parent/child? you must SAC the creator of the page for the offspring, who may create such link. I created the page for the parent - not the daughter. Sorry . . .
