You're very welcome. I took a photo of two more Swains there as well. Don't know if they are yours, but check them out.

I am not sure who made the memorial. The gravestone does not even have dates on it. And I do not know who she is buried next to as I did not take the photo. Sorry!

Thanks for the offer, I would love to have the 4 Leatherwood memorials that you have as one of them is my gr-grandfather and two of them are sons of his and one of their wives. I'll send a request through the site to make it easier for you to do them. I really do appreciate this.

|cousin C||Carpenter Family|
I'm Chris and I'm working on the Findley family tree. A Lewis (Louis)Carpenter of Chase Co KS married Victoria (Victory, Florence Victoria) Taylor around 1900.
She was a cousin to some of my family - I'm trying to help a friend who is a direct descendant of William Findley who married Emma Taylor Groat. Together they had 5 children, Mary Ethel who married Harry French, Emanual(Manual, Manley) Findley who was later adopted as a teenager by the Straughen family, James W Findley adopted by the McCord famiy, George A and Ila or Ida Findley.
I'd like to help her with the Taylors.
Thank you for your time.

|Anonymous||RE: Hammond(s) Inscriptions|
My GG Grandfather was the William R. Hammonds and Mary Ann Rhodes. I am a descendent of their son Ransom(b-Illinois 1852, d-Oklahoma 1923) and wife Amanda Dumbauld Hammond. The Hammonds seem to have dropped the "s" after William R's generation. They migrated to Kansas in the 1860's from Illinois. Anyway, if this is your family, I'd love to exchange info., please E-mail me at email@example.com

|Mike McKee||Doris (Rohrlack) & Arlie Prince|
Hello Kathleen. My grandparents are in the mausoleum at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, Indiana, eastside, near Washington Street and German Church road. (How appropriate -- German Church, eh?)
I don't think the world could ask for better grandparents. It was like the Lord gave me angels on Earth for the time that I knew them.

|C Schliffka||Holden Graves in Frankfort IL|
I am a recent volunteer with Find A Grave.com in the New Lenox (Frankfort) area. I saw your request for photos for Abel and Diadama Holden in the cemetery near Squire Sanders. I have contacted the Historical Society of Frankfort and she is going to see if she can get better information on the cemetery since she has no record for anything called Squire Sanders. She believes she has a whole load of information on the Holden family...not sure if it is Abel...but I suppose it is possible!
She will call me back as soon as she finds anything, and I will be happy to pass that information along to you if that is your desire. Please let me know how to proceed. If she is able to find the cemetery, and the weather holds, I will gladly photo the graves if possible. If you are interested in the information she has just let me know and I will let her know. Perhaps you already have it??? I'll be looking for your response.

|Ann in NH||Hannah Ayer Allen's stone|
Thank you for posting this photograph of Hannah Allen Ayer's stone. I understand from emailing a fellow descendant (in Georgia!) that this is a large cemetery. Do you recall whereabouts her stone was found? It doesn't have to be exact.
I believe this is the line that connects us to Benedict Arnold's only? surviving sister?!
Thank you so much from several of us who have been researching this family.
