RE: Flower/Obituary
Thanks for your message. I will remove the obit. If you would like when I come across an obit for one of your memorials I will send it to you. Some folks don't want them so that is why I have put some in the flowers section.

Thanks again,
Chris

Bonnie Sisson Manning
Men & Women in WWII from Lincoln, Morehouse & Union Parishes
Hey there, Ron
I've completely scanned my dad's American Legion book from 1946. If it would help you in any of your research, I'll happily save the book to a thumb drive and mail it to you. Just email an address to bonniem71261@gmail.com. I've covered most of Morehouse Parish and I'm up to the F's in Union Parish. I have at least 800 more men to find in Union Parish. Haven't touched Lincoln Parish yet. Happy hunting.

Lorraine Boardman
Martin R Bazar # 44122882
Hello Ron,

Recently I have been researching all US Servicemen & Women who were buried at Magdalen Hill Cemetery, Winchester, Hampshire, England, as the Cemetery is along my road. I discovered that many of them were buried in the Cemetery during the war but later exhumed. Some were returned to the US as per the requests of their families and others re-interred at Brookwood Military Cemetery in Surrey, England. I found Martin Bazar in the records and thought you might like this information:

Martin R Bazar died in Portsmouth Military Hospital, Hampshire, aged 24 years. He was buried in the Cemetery in Winchester on 30 Sept 1918. He was exhumed by order of the Home Office on 16 April 1920.

I am so glad Martin was returned home to his family. I hope this small snippet of information will be of use to you.

Best Regards,

Lorraine Boardman
