Amber Lawson Salmons
Sparks-Lawson Cemetery
Hello my name is Amber Lawson Salmons. Nancy Jane Lawson Sparks was my gggrandfather Jeremiah Myron Lawson's sister. I am interested in finding if and where James P and Mary "Polly" Ward Lawson are buried. I know they are buried in a -Lawson Cemetery in Elliott County but don't have the direct name for the cemetery. Do you have any idea where they might be buried I know that she died while living with her son and that was in Moccasin, Elliott Co. I believe they are buried together and I thought that might have been with Nancy, but you have that there are only two graves there. Are there any gravestones. I would apprecitate it greatly if you can help me. I always that that they were buried in Wolfe/Menifee area but then the county lines where changed to make Elliott Co. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. Amber T Lawson-Salmons

Ross Bebee

Happy Holidays.

I suspect this Ross might, just might be, Sanford R. Bybee b. Mar 1851 of Barren County, KY. The problem is Barren County is far from Fleming Co. There is a conflict on the date of Sanford's marriage. Also, he is not found for 1880, but our Ross is found only for 1880. They say he married Adaline Loving {Mrs??} The couple said 1880 and then they said 1875. But others say 1886. Looks like a suspect to me.

Barbara Bybee Richards
William Earl Bybee
Hi Shirley,

I just found this web sight tonight (10/27/2011), and came across your name in conjunction with my brother's, Earl Dean Bybee. Our father is William Early Bybee (dec.), mother is Richardean Charlotte Pepin (dec.), and sister is Linda Joe Bybee. My grandparents on my Father's side are Judge Bowles and Mary Pearl Reneau Bybee. I have not been able to find anything on my Mother, nor her parents. I would love to find relatives, and swap info and pictures. Maybe you and I are related! Anything is possible. I hope to hear from you soon.

Bybee family
I saw that you had left markers on John Bybee's Find a Grave page. He is my 5th great grandfather. I am related through his daughter Nancy Ann who married Joseph Dennis. I have just picked up the search as my mother died a few years ago and I have been going through her records and getting things together. I'd love to share info with you.

Thank you, Rena

Re: Henry Peter Schippers
I noticed in your article about Henry Schippers that his birthdate is unknown. He was born on September 21, 1926. Also, he was the elder brother of the late Thomas Schippers a well-known orchestra conductor.
Kindest regards,

RE: Gladys Borkowski
I couldn't find an obit for her husband, but I was able to find a marriage announcement from 1960 and estimate he died around 1988 (in case you didn't know that). I was also able to find her father Frank's obituary (1974).

My source is Anything older than 1988 is generally an image and not text I can but and paste. If you are interested in the images, send me your email address and I will send you screen shots.

The headstone picture was just for her. The other one we added, Thomas Laskey, was right beside her, so thought maybe it was a son or grandson of hers. The stones were right together looked like it would have been just an urn buried in each one. Hal Anderson

Reel's Cemetery
Shirley - this cemetery is in the middle of a soybean field at the top of a rutted hill in the country. I went there to take another picture request. The weeds are about 4 ft tall and most of the stones are unreadable, if you can get to them. I think there must have been a bad fire because some of the still standing monuments are burned and blackened. I don't believe there has been a burial there in quite some time. If I get over that way in the spring, I'll try to get some pictures for you. I do have a picture of the sign to the cemetery if you would like it.

RE: Slaters in Fulton County Indiana
Hi Shirley,
I have created memorials for Gale Slater who married Lucille Cunningham Slater and are located in Fulton Cemetery, Fulton County, Indiana. One of their granddaughters who passed away is also located beside them. Linda Slater Teel. The obituaries are in the Fulton County online website. Hopefully maybe you can find some relation to them?
Have a blessed day!
p.s. still working on getting to Mentone for photos

Hi Shirley,
I noticed you have Eldridge listed as one of the family names you are looking for. Did you know there is an Eldridge Cemetery in Elkhart County, Indiana? I have been there and taken photos. I have many photos of Eldridge in that cemetery as I have them distantly related to me. If these might be of interest to you, please let me know.
Have a blessed day!
