|GermanRoots||Esther (Ludwig) Ashcraft|
Hi Linda - I added some burial information for my great aunt, Esther (Ludwig)Ashcraft. I don't have any info to support that she was married. My father doesn't remember her being married. Just remembers her lying in her bed in the family's living room. (She died from TB) But on the burial info from the cemetery office, it says her husband was Lawrence Ashcraft. I've searched for over a year to confirm that. Anyway,I was wondering if she is related to you/your family? My father's Ludwig line is VERY elusive, so any chance I might have a chance to connect, I pursue it! If so, contact me thru Find A Grave. Thanks!

|Jamie Brenenborg Minner||145287646 - Charles Joseph Brenenborg|
While adding his parents, I accidentally added an incorrect marriage year for Charles and Nancy.
I was unable to rescind that part of the request. Can you please omit that year of 1946? The rest of the request is accurate. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Adele's 90+ year old sister assured me cemetery named was correct; however, it is not. Since you posted the photo so kindly and efficiently, could you please remove it, so I can now enter correct documented cemetery name ? My attempts to remove incorrect "Burial" data has failed me. I am so appreciative of any help you may be able to offer to my request Mary, Seattle, firstname.lastname@example.org

Would you be free to snap a photo of Helen and her husband, Edward B. Fitzgerald's stone? I can't find a memorial # for him. He is a great, great uncle of mine.

Hi Linda, I was wondering if you would transferthe memorial for Norman "Nory" Harrison Standing #109999298. He is my paternal grandfather and my virtual cemetery is named after one of his oil wells in the 20's and 30's. If not please add children Edythe Marie (Standing) Truman #57112841, 3/14/1914-8/13/2010 and Clifford "Cliff" Richard Standing #149996800, 9/21/1915-5/6/2006. Thank you, Mel Truman

Thanks for posting a page on my mat. grandmother, Ardella Iffert Sidehamer.
Would it be possible to transfer that to my management?
If you'd prefer to hang onto it, please note that POD: Aleppo Twp is in Allegheny County, PA, and that husband, Charles' surname is with just one "M" - "Sidehamer."

|Janne||RE: Mary E Wolfe|
I have my parents information. My dad was John Nicholas. My mom was Anne (emma) Wolfe She was baptized as Emma but went by Anne for her whole life.
I can't find Mary Wolfe's death cert or birth cert. I would be interested if you could send me the info on her death cert. I am trying to find out about her parents and I know that info would be on the death cert. Maybe then I can find her birth cert.
This is very frustrating for me because I can't seem to get any information. I was a member of Ancestry for a few years and pretty much came up empty handed.
Maybe with your information I can be more successful.

|Janne||RE: Mary E Wolfe|
I have not lived in Pa for 50 years and haven
't been back in about 10 years. I just got interested in my ancestry and have been trying to get information.
I went on the cemetery website thinking I could find out a lot but couldn't even find my parents graves (in the same plot as Mary Wolfe). I have tried ancestry.com with not a lot of luck (I think I am geneology impaired).
I am trying to find where Mary Wolfe was born - I know her heritage is Ireland and can't seem to find that.
When I saw that you had put something on Find a Grave I was all excited thinking I had found a relative I didn't know about. I was the only child on my father's side of the family so I don't have a lot of relatives.
Your post on the site has given me incentive to start investigating again. I stopped my ancestry membership because I was coming up empty handed but will start again.
Again, thank you

My name is Janne Postma. Mary E Wolfe was my paternal grandmother.
Who are you and how are you related?
I am trying to get ancestry information for her and other members of the family and am having a hard time doing so.

you took the photo so I was hoping you'd recall where he was in the cemetery and that Merle could figure out who had bought the plot.

|Jan Dahlquist||Kinseys in Hampton Cemetery|
talked to Merle Mahan tonight, he tells me that the bodies of Thomas Kinsey, his wife Catherine nee Schneider Kinsey and their son Bert Arnold Kinsey were moved from a cemetery in Etna at least 15 years ago and that the man who was responsible for the move added the markers which are stainless steel on rock for them. He has found no info re the baby Samuel Kinsey 1898-1988. So I am still hoping you can shed some light on that situation- especially where he might be buried.

|Jan Dahlquist||Kinsey burials in Hampton Cemetery|
I've been researching my Pittsburgh Kinsey family this past month and really appreciated the memorials and photos for my Kinsey relatives. Thomas Kinsey 1868-1933 is my "first cousin three times removed" per ancestry relationships! Rather distant but still family.
I am trying to figure out who were the parents of Samuel S. Kinsey 1898-1899 in Hampton Cemetery. There is no Pittsburgh death record for him so I know he didn't die in the city of Pittsburgh proper. I have contacted Merle Mahan who is going to try to locate records re Samuel for me. He asked if I knew the plot for Samuel and I told him I didn't, wondered if you knew. Is Samuel buried in the same place as Thomas, his wife Catherine and their son Bert? Don't think Thomas and Catherine were the parents of Samuel, as Thomas and Catherine had a daughter Mabel born April 4, 1898 and likely couldn't have had Samuel November 24, 1898.
Merle hopes to find out who actually purchased the plot Samuel is buried in. Any light you can shed on this would be very appreciated.

|Ghost Ferrett||Memorial 61892465|
I saw the picture that has been posted of Quincy Larue. I don't think this is him; but rather his son Quincy Larue Hiser Jr B 3 Oct 1903 Toledo, Lucas Co, Oh d 15 Apr 1980 Tiffin, Seneca Co, OH.
The reason I say this is that the suit, tie and shirt appears to be from the early 30's. Quincy appears to be in his early 30's in the picture. This would be in keeping with the fashions of the day.
The memorial otherwise appears to be correct for Quincy Larue Hiser Sr.

I added the obit for Leonard to the Bio side of his memorial so that it can be googled for its contents. I also gave you credit below it for adding it. May I ask you to remove it from the picture side?
Thanks again for the great work and the transfer.
