|Preserving the Past||RE: Imogene Remis|
I am glad you liked it! I became interested in her story this past month when PBS aired the series on "Prohibition". So I started reading up on her life a bit, her history with George Remus, her betrayal of him, etc. Viola' hence the memorial page! I live close to Cincinnati, so I may have to go visit "The Gazebo Ghost".....thanks for visiting the memorial! Have a great day!

A note of appreciation for the time you took in leaving tokens on the pages I created for the victims of the Triangle Shirtwaist Fire. With the 100th Anniversary of the fire approaching (March 25), it meant so much to me to see that, simply, someone had noticed and taken a moment to remember. Your kindness is so valued.

|Kathryn Peters||Thank you!|
Thanks for stopping by the memorial for Lillian Florence Baker Jennings (my husband's gg-grandmother) and leaving a flower. She was such a young woman when she died that she didn't get to see her daughter grow up or feel the love of her grandchildren. It's nice when someone takes the time to remember her. You are a special person for taking the time to care and to brighten someone's days with such tokens in memory of their loved ones!

Thank you for leaving a token on Larry Lamkin's memorial. He used to go graving with me, and helped his mother when she was a Find A Grave contributer. (She died in 2007) He finally set up his own account and selecting tokens was probably one of the last things he ever did.
