|Miracle Mile Tim||RE: Robert L. Bounds|
I don't check my Find-A-Grave page that often - I'm sorry it's taken me this long to get back to you. I was not related to Robert Bounds, nor did I know him personally. I discovered that he was a POW when researching his bio.

|Hawkwind||Martha Peterseim Amos Border|
Hello. Where do you come as direct from Martha Christena Peterseim and Amos BOrder? Martha was sister to my great-great grandfather Martin Adam Peterseim. I have a lot on their family from Ruth and Verner Oehrtman. I checked and seems I already have your Quilt email address in my book but dont remember how.

|Miracle Mile Tim||RE: Robert L. Bounds|
I did not know Robert Bounds personally. The information that I used for his memorial was obtained from one of various websites that track those who died in Vietnam - probably the government-sponsored Vietnam Memorial Wall site.
Have you done a Google search? If his remains were returned after the war had ended, I'm sure that it would have made the news.

Thank you. We may have another connection through he Radabach / Rodabaugh / Rodebaugh line too. But that also is a huge search because they had lots of kids each generation.

I noticed that you are researching the Brandon family. My 3rd great grandmother is Amanda Brandon. She is the second wife of my 3rd great Grandfather Walter B Cox. He came from Preble County Ohio to Iroquois County Illinois. They married December 14, 1873. I have been unable to find her in the 1870 census. Unless she has another name. I have even wondered if she had been married previously to a Brandon after the 1870 census which could explain why I cannot find her.
Do you have her in your family tree?

|Penny Hensley||RE: Message Board|
Thank you for the help with the message board and other information. Yes, Leon was a Harley Davidson man. That was his life. He rode one everywhere. He was taken too soon from us due to leukemia. This came as a result from Agent Orange which he got in Viet Nam. Thank you again for your thoughtfulness.

I have had this website in my favorites for a long time, but, never got to checking it out. It was one of those sites I intended to go back to and forgot about. The other day, I was cleaning out my favorites and checking the websites out. I clicked on this site. I thought, I'll see if my brother, Leon Blakley, is on here. I was so happy to see you included him at Find A Grave. Thank you for posting his memorium. I have passed this link to Leon onto my family. I don't know if his kids would be interested in adding a bio of him. Maybe down the road, one of us will. Thank you again.
p.s. I am new to this. I selected to have an email sent to me when something was written on the message board. Just where is the message board? The message popped up when I clicked the link of the email. But, if I were on the site, where do I find my message board?
