Amber-not sure where you obtained this information, but it was not posted correctly. You told me you never have obtained copies of the interment or lot records for Evergreen and the only place this existed was on the UStombstone and archives project.
Thomas Edward Walborn is not buried in Evergreen Cemetery.
My notes from the UStombstone and archives were not copied/or sent to you correctly from the UStombstone project
Here is what my Thomas Edward Walborn-Lot record-listed as owner of section 1 lot 58
There is no interment or disinterment record for Evergreen Cemetery
Cemetery interment and lot record exist for Spring Grove Cemetery for section 1 lot 15 and monument in Spring Grove
Ohio death cert-burial listed as Millerstown which was used for Spring Grove Cemetery
There is no visible monument in Evergreen

this memorial you have is for Alfred Mason Foust. There is no interment record or listing for him in Evergreen Cemetery.
I worked with Rick on his 2002 publication and those who copied from the UStombstone and archives site.
The record in the 2002 publication was only a note that Alfred Mason Foust had the deed to the lot which his parents purchased. this was just a handwritten note on a piece of paper that was compiled into the book.
I have the original copy of the note.
So I am curious how you determined he was interred in the cemetery? Do you have a copy of Rick's book? when people copy from one site to another they seem not to copy all of the notes.
The only place this person was referenced for Evergreen was the 2002 publication by Rick Burnside to which I copied the whole note onto the USstombstone and archives project

See previous note. Today I found the obituary for this lady and have made the suggestion according to those findings. It seems she had a heart attack on July 14, 1954. Her birthdate is 20 July, 1875. Other particulars are cited in the obit. Parents were James and Sarah Sutton. So I feel we have the correct information now. I will be glad to email you a copy of the said obituary if you wish. It was found in the Urbana Daily Citizen on July 15, 1954, page 16. Thanks again for all your efforts.

Hi, Amber. Could you email me at regarding this lady. There was a request for the headstone and I have obliged but there are some discrepancies which I would like to discuss with you. The request came from someone else and I did some checking but am having a hard time making facts come up to what I think they need to be. At your convenience is just fine. Thanks for your work on Find A Grave. Arizona Kid 46520230

Hello...I was wondering if you might possibly be able to help me find my grandfather's info so I can link him to my mother & grandmother? His name is Jos. Jackson Taulbee but his name is mispelled on my mother's birth certificate as "Toulber. His birthplace was in Morgan County Ky.He resided in McRoberts Ky. He was a minor but was also in the military. My grandmother's name was Ida Centers, birth place Wolfe County Ky. My mother's birth certificate was also mispelled, listed as Silva Bee Toulber but was supposed to be "Sylvia Taulbee". She was born 3/14/23. Her birth record states reg. district #885, file #63 if that helps? Please help me locate my grandfather if possible? Thanks, Frances K. Madison-Frazier

Johannah Batdorf's maiden name is Bowersock.

The Death Certificate of her son, Frank Cory Batdorf, shows her maiden name as Bowersock.
Also, the 1850 census of Samuel and Sarah (Carey) Bowersock show daughter Johannah, b. about 1842 in Ohio.
