RE: photo request
No need to break out the water wings....they're not going anywhere any time soon! Whenever it works out for you is more than fine by me. Thanks again!

photo request
On a whim, I checked my photo requests today and couldn't believe that the one I added yesterday had already been claimed! Most of them languish for years with no results.

So I just wanted to thank you now for all your time and effort....and btw, that's a marvelous profile pic!

RE: McGeorge and Tallman
Hi Nathan,

I am so sorry, We just got back from vacation, and I do not have a computer at the lake. Only an I phone, and it does not get e mail messages anymore, I don't know why. But, I really appreciate you doing this. I am sorry that you did not get the request for C. Tallman. I know you asked me, and then I got side track with packing, etc. I know it only take a minute, but thought I would come back to the computer, and didn't, and forgot. Please accept my apology. Anyway, I do appreciate the time and efffort you take in doing this remarkable act of kindness. and I sure other people appreciate it too. Unfortunately I have not had any requests in my area, or else I would go and do the same thing.
You take care and have a nice Thanksgiving!

McGeorge and Tallman
Thank you so much for taking the picture of the grave stones for both of my distant relatives. I just got back from vacation and could not activate my e mail on my I phone, thus back home using the desk top.
I really appreciate you taking the time to do this. I am so happy to see their stones. I am going to share with my cousins.
Thank you again.

RE: Perry S. Kelly- PS
You are not a bad sleuth yourself, finding the obit is great. Maybe someone else will come up with an explanation about Hoss/Kelly someday.

Going back to Olive, I have posted an edit to connect her fourth husband, so hope to have that accepted soon. Actually, I think she is buried at the Aurora IOOF Cemetery and that Eli may be there also. I am going to try that angle.

Hi Nathan,
Thank you for the great photo of the Charles Moore headstone and the photos of the location. Charles and Augusta surely rest in peace in a beautiful cemetery. The photos do make it extra special, especially for the family who may never get to see it any other way. Thank you for this and all the time and work you have done. Hope you have a super great day!

Bryan Anderson
Joseph George Vogelsang
Dear Nathan,

I am researching my paternal grandfather's army unit, Company B, 355th Infantry, 89th Division. According to documentation and somewhat confirmed by his gravestone, he was in the same unit as my grandfather.

I'm not sure where I'm going with my research, but I want to eventually publish something. It may be a book, an article, or something else. Should I publish something, may I have permission to use your photograph of Joseph George Vogelsang's gravestone? I'm not even sure I'll use the photograph, but I want to be prepared.

With warm regards,

Bryan Anderson

RE: Perry S. Kelly
Well, it would be nice if we amateur genealogists could call on the FBI to answer some of our questions, but I just haunt the threads that are out there on Ancestry, Find A Grave, and some other favorites. I love puzzles and I get a big kick out of finding a missing bit of info that brings things together. The big community of people who are ready to help out with something that fills in a blank is an amazing source. So I especially try to take a few minutes to make my contribution. I'm glad to be of help. Maybe we can get Olive Hartle and all her husbands connected. Right now, I am missing Eli Hartle--maybe he was in hiding too.
