AUNTS, UNCLES, and COUSINS are not required transfers. Think I'll keep her, but I would gladly add any info you want to give me to her page.

Robert Hague
RE: William H. Parks
I made the transfer. I have been trying to do a little house cleaning on the Parks family members buried in the Mulberry Cemetery. If there are any other Parks family members that are part of your family, just let me know.

So nice to meet a cousin. My grandmother would have been amazed at all the things I have fiund out about her family. I wish I had listened more to her stories but we all think we have more time. If you have any pictures of Minnie I would love to see one, she would have been my GG Grandmother. My grandmother Margaret "Douglas" Pickens is buried in Schul Cementary in Mason Co. I have posted some pictures of her. I am trying to find out as much about my extended families so I can pass it on to my grandson who like me loves history
Thank you from your cousin Izettia

John Franklin Horrighs
Private John J. Pyles # 29445691
Where did you find the dates of birth and death for John J. Pyles? Curious because you have his birth date as Aug.19,1866 and I'm pretty sure that was his date of death. He was born Sept.13,1840 in Marshall Co., West Virginia. I believe he died in Cambridge, Ohio and was buried at Greenfield Ridge Cemetery.
Thank you.

Ruckman Cemetery
The information at Ruckman Cemetery in Pleasants County was transcribed from written information. You are right - it does not make sense but this is the data:
WELLING, Martha E. 10-9-1843 - 10-26-1880 - w/o Samuel
WELLING, James S. - 1890 - 9-6-1891 - s/o Samuel & Martha E. - 10m 20d
WELLING, Samuel - 1847 - 1907 - h/o Martha E. Ruckman
Happy to correct it as you wish it to be.
Perhaps the baby died in 1880 instead? I wish I knew. Sometimes old stones are difficult to read.
I did find this online:
Name: J. T. Welling
Birth Date: abt 1881
Birth Place: Jefferson Dist,
Death Date: 16 Sep 1881
Death Place: Jefferson Dist., Pleasants, West Virginia
Death Age: 11 months
Race: White
Marital Status: Single
Gender: Male
Father Name: S. Welling
Mother Name: M. E. Welling
FHL Film Number: 867993

RE: John Kenneth Moore
I went to school with Kenneth and his brother and sister and later worked with his mother so I know that this is him. I used the birthdate that was in the Colorado City Cemetery Book so it may be wrong. I will check on that.
I have also found that a lot of names are not right in the birth records. I don't know why but I guess it is just human error.

Thanks for the information.

Terry Avery Clardy
RE: Ovan Wheeler Clardy
Thank you for the email.I have been trying to find out information about the clardy family for a while now. It's always nice to connect with someone from the family lineage to get information.
I have started a family tree on
I hope you can take a look. Maybe you can help with any incorrect data that you may see.
My dad, Avery Franklin Clardy, just passed away on April 25, 2012.
We burried him (on May 1, 2012)at the grave site with his mother, Mary Ann (Warren)Clardy, his youngest brother Burnam (who died in 1951), and his daughter, Mary Gail (Clardy) Clemons. The cemetery is Maple Hill Cemetery in the city. I will get you the information about the cemetery so you can look at it on your computer.I will try to write you an email telling you some stories about Ovan that my dad told me.
I would love to talk to you also. My phone number is: 256-722-9474. If you call and I'm out, please leave me a message and I will call you back as soon as I come back in, providing the time is right. I don't know where you live or what time zone you are in.
I will message you again, soon.
Your cousin in Alabama, Terry

Jan, First, THANK YOU for the transfer..Did you ever find a way to get all the cemetery pics loaded? I found I had to reset the size after I had loaded a bunch on my pc. The camera should have directions for whats on PC already.
I also found if I set my camera AHEAD of time, then it comes out perfect! And even if you click on enlarge once its in PC it DOES enlarge it! If Im too late with this info, then at least you know I cared enough to FINALLY write back. Insert sheepish grin here [ ] Paulette

Farrar and related families
Mary Abernathy Farrar wife of John Jr.
Do you know the middle name or initial of MAry Abernathy, the wife of Jon Jr., son of Captain John W. Farrar and Eliz. Abernathy? Also, do you know which Abernathys were her parents?
I am working on the Farrars in this line these days. Just looking to add links and more bio information onto them on Finda Grave.
If you have the time, can you request some pics to be taken of grave markers of MO Farrars and Tenn Farrars and Abernathy fam. in our regions. I have a pal, Henry Weiss, who is working with me in Perry County. He is logging folks and doing pics as quickly as he is able. Do you have any photo portraits of people that you can add if you know how to do this? Thanks. From, Farrar cousin Becky

I'm not a member of the Minor-Edmundson group on Yahoo Groups - but am interested.

Can you also direct me to a good genealogy for the family of Daniel Minor and his children on or another website?

Memorial deleted
At your request I have deleted the memorial I recorded in 2008 for Ida Kessel. I also deleted the memorials recorded for her husband and daughter Norma made in 2008 since you also made duplicates of them as well as Ida in 2009. and used my photo.
It would have been nice if you had asked for a transfer for the three memorials. I would have been willing to transfer them, or added any information or links to them.
