Hi Joy!
I added the picture to your new entry for Edgar Anderson. There is another entry out there for him that you might want to request be removed.
Have a good day! Laurie

RE: Grave Photo
Went ahead and added them. Had tried to satisfy the photo requests and then went back to beginning of the cemetery and am adding photos to the entire cemetery. Would have gotten back to McCall eventually, but was glad to skip ahead and do those for you.

Now McCall family is complete.

RE: Parsel
sorry we could not find her, the cemetery is not very big, but there are many stones lying face down and someone has stacked piles of stones in a couple of places. This is an old cemetery and we were looking for a newer stone, of which, there are only a couple - just could not find her's.

RE: Thorp
First you are welcome for the photos. I had them already because right now there is no way to get into the cemetery and find them. We are covered with snow.

Second I have no problem transferring memorials, but I do not transfer from the comments on my page. I only transfer if you go into each memorial you would like, us the edit tab and suggest corrections or changes. Type in there that you would like them transferred because they are related or why and make sure to add your find a grave number in your request. I will be happy to then transfer from there. I do this for every one because I almost transferred the wrong person to some one, and I almost transferred to the wrong person too. The numbers did not match up with who they wanted and the name did not come up with the person who wanted the transfer so I don't transfer that way.

Joy

It is our pleasure, we purchased the cemetery a little over a year ago and put an unbelievable amount of time effort and money into revitalizing it, it has been hard work but the feeling of helping families is unprecedented.

Wicks and Wilkerson - Girard, KS cemetery
I have looked in our city cemetery books and lot purchases and do not find any of the 4 names you've requested photos of. (Blanche Wicks, Clyde Wicks, Cora Bell Wicks Wilkerson, and Charles C. Wilkerson.) There is a Charles Wilkerson buried in 1957 however.

Mr. William Cuthbertson transcribed all the tombstones in our cemetery in the 1970's and these names were not listed in his book either.

I am sorry I am unable to fulfill the requests for these 4 individuals.

Harriet
Thanks for the research! I am leaning towards giving Harriet the last name Sutton. Would you agree that is appropriate?

Also, I am thinking that since I have no known relationship to the Suttons, that it would make sense for me to transfer Harriet and Otis B. to someone who does. It could make future edits easier, for example. If you would like me to transfer them to you, please let me know.

Thanks again for your help.

Best wishes.

Hunt's Corner Harriet
Hi, Joy.

Would you mind taking a look at Find A Grave Memorial# 136154727 in Hunt's Corner. It is for a Harriet who was the daughter of Samuel and Rachel, and I am wondering if it could be a member of the Sutton family as it is right beside Moses. The stone is the same type as that of Moses' too, which is unusual for Hunt's Corners. If only Harriet's last name where legible!

Thanks so much. Best wishes.

Otis Sutton
Thanks for the edits!

Based on the age of death engraved on the stone, I agree with the January birth date, but I was wondering if you had another document to confirm it? If so, I would love to include the reference in the memorial.

Best wishes. :-)

RE: Photo
Hello Joy!

Am still trying to see if I can somehow crop the photos so that they show up a little closer and clearer, but will leave those two there until I can figure out how to do this as I have a new computer program and am still learning my way around.

In the meantime, am glad you are pleased with the photos as they are.
