| RE: Doing it right..... Jayne,
Do you happened to have a copy of the map for the Columbarium Remembrance or Radiant Dawn? Both of the rooms are located in the crypts at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills. I have most of the maps there but missing those 2 maps.
Thanks for your help.Added by Betty Allaire on May 09, 2013 9:03 PM

| RE: Doing it right..... You have a good out look on life. Help when you can & make no promises you can't keep. So many people come to hollywood in search of stardom. Stars like Robin Hughes,Johnny Carperter, Ilene Woods or Michael Evans. They were immortalized in life on the big screen and their fans still adore them today. They leave them poignat words and tributes in death. It's your photos of the celebrities final resting places that makes it real and personal for their fans. I think that's your special connection to the dearly departed celebrities. That is why I think your work is applaud and appreciate for many generation to come.Added by Betty Allaire on May 07, 2013 9:08 PM | |

I notic that there is a photo request at Forest Lawn Cemetery Hollywood Hill for Robin Hughes (1920-1989) memorial #16933783. | RE: Good Day Hi Jayne
I have only encountered one member that was rude. But I have only been with Find A Grave less then 6 months. All the people that I have helped have been very gracious to me.
I too love reading the epitaphs.I love the funny inscription on the markers. For example buried next to the film producer George Sherman is the grave of Cleo Ronson Sherman 1925-2011. I Think she might be George Sherman wife ("BUT I AM NOT SURE") The inscrition reads Finally got my own property don't have to move anymore! Was hoping it would come before now but____ "Cie La Vie"
PS What does GM stand for?
Nice taking to you... My E-mail is jeters1946@yahoo.com BettyAdded by Betty Allaire on Mar 05, 2013 7:47 PM

| RE: Eiler / Sperzel Hi Jayne,
No problem... I think the computer had a meltdown or did it through a tantrum LOL...
I took a quick look at your bio and I too have an enquiry mind when it comes to Hollywood celebrity. Do you also list the memorials for celebrity spouses?
I got into Find A Grave when a friend wanted to locate a dearly departed love one. It gives me great pleasure to help eveyday people tell their stories.
PS! You did not step on my toes... Betty

| Myrtle Schlappi photo I saw Myrtle's husband on the grave marker photo. His death record mentions another cemetery where I have his memorial. I just emailed Myrtle and Lynn's son who is in his 90's and will hopefully hear back soon. They may have moved him to San Gabriel Cemetery. If they did, I will switch his memorial and request the photo. Thanks so much again. Very helpful. LindaAdded by Linda C. Driscoll on Feb 13, 2013 9:56 PM | |
