I had visited Kalman's grave when attending the Jewish Genealogical Society's conference in NYC some years ago only to find that when I finally found his grave, my camera battery had died - it was in the pre-smartphone days. Kalman was my great great uncle. Thank you for doing what I could not.

Thank you Carl. I hope you don't mind that I asked for this photo in order to determine whether this person was my ggrandfather. It turns out that he is not. It also turns out that according to his headstone, his Americanized name was Morris and his Hebrew name was Mordechai. I don't know why he is indexed as Moses.

Dear Carl My husband and I thank you for photographing the headstones of his grandparents . My husband never met his namesake and had never seen the headstones before. We live in California and never get to NY . I have been researching our families for the past 14 years and are deeply appreciative of your efforts. Thank you again for the mitzvah!

I just want to thank you for such a professional job with these very old stones. The trick with the light to bring out the engraving works so very well!!
Know that your efforts are appreciated!!!

Thank you so much for the photos you took. I really appreciate the fact that you went to the trouble of finding those grave sites in a big cemetery.
If you should need any photos around the Philadelphia region let me know. Thanks again.
