Protestant Cemetery, Istanbul, grave
Do you happen to know how to find a particular grave? I'm thinking of Elias Riggs (and others). I am going to Turkey and would love to find his grave in the cemetery, but I don't know where to begin to look. Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you.

Worthington family Bible
I'm trying to find the family of R. M. Worthington. There is a family bible that was given to a friends antique shop in Marion, IL. The bible is full of family information. There is a Justice of Peace license for R. M. Worthington, a picture of Wm. A. Grimshaw, a baptismal record for Clara Worthington of Jacksonville dated 18 of Feb. plus marriage license and other papers besides pages of hand written birth, death and such dates. If these people connest with yours, please let me know and I can send you contact information to discuss the bible and how to obtain it.

my parents, Bernard & Bertha Michelson
Just dawned on me that I didn't check up about the corrections I'd requested early last month to their information. That also means I never said 'thank you'. I'd like to fix that. Thank you, Michael; it's appreciated.

Elizabeth K. Hult
I am wondering where the burial record came from that you found Elizabeth K. Hult? The reason I am asking is that she may be my 3x great grandmother who I just discovered. I did not realize that my 2x great grandfather's mother came to the US from Sweden. Can you tell me anything about where you found this information? I would love to learn anything you can tell me.
Thank you,

RE: Dorothy Heim, Mem #38238764
Thanks, Michael, I added the additional info. We have a similar situation with your memorial #38374235, my uncle who died young, Frederick John Kalander. As it happens, the name is spelled wrong for both him and parents, and father's given name is wrong. I have been corresponding with the cemetery director and forwarded birth and death certificates. (Death certificate had bad info.) Seems that Corozal Cemetery has little info for individuals moved from Mount Hope Cemetery. This is my memorial #42682195.

Dorothy Heim, Mem #38238764
Hello Michael, We both added memorials for my Aunt Dorothy Heim in 2009, you In June and me in Oct. I probably never checked for a duplicate because I didn't expect there to be one. I had made a photo request some time ago and a headstone photo was added this week.

I have bio info, personal pic, and links to other family members on my memorial and am wondering if you would consider deleting your memorial to eliminate the duplication.

Thanks, Lois Casson

Topliff in Qoakwood Cemetery
Thank you for posting these pictures, the name on Susan Ann Topliff's memorial is wrong though. You have her listed as Susan but her name was Sarah. She was my 3xG Grandmother. Arthur Lake Topliff, also buried in the cemetery, was her grandson. He was accidentally killed while he and another boy were playing with a gun.

Cox & fish family
Hi Michael...I just wanted to thank you for the incredible memorials you have done for my family. I am thinking that you must be related in some way. I was so happy to see Clifford Cox's obituary. I never knew what happened to him, and now I know that he had a wife and children.
I asked if I could take over John Cox's memorial, but that was when I thought you had done a few memorials & might not be related. Please tell me how you are connected. I am descended through John & Sarah's son Joseph, who married Eliza Warne Gardner. I have been to Foresthill Cemetery and taken pictures of John & Sarah, but I didn't know then that there were other family members in the same cemetery. Thanks for everything you have done.

RE: Ernest William Smith
Hi Michael thank you for the reply.
I noticed also you have Ernest William's son Stanley George Smith and Clarice Laurel Annette (Aunt Polly) Byrne also. I went into them and added all the information however when I went into them again they only had the photos but no relevant information. How do I connect them to my Great Grandfather Ernest William Smith.
Do I have to enter them as a new grave? I'm not too clued on how it all works. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
warm regards

GG maguire

Thank you so much for replying so promptly to me. The reference from the ancestry website says 19772138. As i mentioned before the serach came up with a G G Maguire, which sort of ties in with her being Gertrude Grace Mary Maguire.
It also gives the date of 19 July 1996 but nothing more.

Thanks you so much, being in England has made trying to trace the family so difficult. I have found records of them sailing in Feb - May 1961 to Freemantle in Western Australia but after that nothing except the above which may be a red herring.

Kindest regards

A Smith

Gertrude Grace Mary Maguire
My great aunt - the above - nee Lancashire was born in Sep 1925. She emigrated with her husband Godfrey Albert Maguire in the early 1960's.
I have found a record of a grave in Gympie. Queensland but it just says G G Maguire and i wonder if this could be the same.
Her husband's father was Jack Godfrey Maguire born in Freemantle about 1896ish, he was killed in France in 1918 and never saw his son who was born in 1918.
It would be so valuable to our family as we have lost contact with Godfrey.

Homer E Roberts #122923011
Dear Michael,

I was delighted to finally find the final resting place of my great grandfather. I visited the Pittsfield West Cemetary and was unable to locate any graves for the Roberts family. Thank you. Thank you.

I have sponsered the memorial and I added a picture that was taken just months before he passed. But I am unable to fill in his birth date and death dates.

He was born 24, March 1889 and died 3, Feb 1947

I know that he was killed in a construction accident. A falling scaffold of the Proctor Gambel building fell on him. The family then moved to Arizona.

I am baffeled as to why there was no headstone? Or am I misreading this?

I have intentions of traveling back to Pittsfield, as there were several children that passed and I am still looking for others. I have volunteered to take photographs for the Casa Grande, Arizona area.

Please let me know how I can update the information. I have registared, paid the $5.00 and uploaded a photo succesfully, but can't seem to edit the information.

Sincerely, DeEdra Woratzeck
