| RE: Norco Cemeteries Wendy, You are most welcome and yes you may use them. As for Norco, I used to live there and there is no cemetery. It would either be Sunny Slope or Pierce Memorial. I know Sunny Slope & Pierce pretty well and there is nothing that would be called Potersfield and if Merle is there his location is an umarked grave. I'm wondering since he/she passed away so long ago that it might be in reference to another family's marker or monument? Since he/she died well before the parents it does not make since that if they are with their mom that her marker does not reflect that. Barbara who created the memorial is usually very good and gets some of her info from obits and other sources. The 1930 census shows William & Carrie living so of corona with a step daughter. It also shows she was from Indiana and no Louisiana. In 1920 they were at the same location but had all these people Name Age William Watson 43 Carri S Watson 40 Gilbert Watson 16 Dorrit Watson [9/12] Nellie Ohls 18 Elenor E Ohls [11/12]
I can not find William and Carrie together in 1910.Added by CRob on Oct 19, 2012 7:17 PM

| Watson's Wendy, I went out to the cemetery and checked based on the plot info you had, which kinda made sense. I also spoke with the office and they do not have any record for Merle. The info you had is for 2 different sections of the cemetery. William & Carrie are located in section G, row 287B, plots 21-22 and there was no sign of little Merle. Garden of Fallen Angels is a long ways from them and is really small " for infants' and there was no marker for Merle. I udated the pictures for W & C.Added by CRob on Oct 18, 2012 8:47 PM | |

| Merle Watson Wendy, I also see you have posted pictures for his parents at the same cemetery. What section are they located in as Merle should be next to them. Thanks CRobAdded by CRob on Oct 17, 2012 3:04 PM | |

| RE: Merle Watson Wow, yes you did reply and I appologize for missing it. You probably spoke with Angela and she knows the cemetery very well as do I. That name for an area does not make any sense to me either. If you want to call her and tell her Craig will meet with her between now and Friday I can do so. Sorry again for not seeing your earlier reply. CRobAdded by CRob on Oct 17, 2012 1:03 PM | |

| Merle Watson Wendy, any luck at getting the plot info?
Wendy, This cemetery has new rules in place and will no longer provide any plot information to us volunteers. They require that they will only provide the info to family members. If you can contact the office and get the info and reply back to me I'll be glad to go and get a pitcure. Thanks CRobAdded by CRob on Oct 17, 2012 12:23 PM

| RE: St Nicholas Churchyard Hi, I don't go there very often so I'm not really sure if there are any recent cremations there (they tend to have small memorials at ground level!). Most English churches have their own websites, so that would be your best starting point, alternatively try getting in touch with Sevenoaks district council. The nearest "modern" cemetery to Sevenoaks is this one;
http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&CRid=2174313&CScn=greatness&CScntry=5&
it might be worth a look, I know for sure there are cremation memorials there.
good luck, if you find anything let me know and I will try and look out for them next time I go that way, but it may be quite a while! JamesAdded by js on Oct 09, 2012 1:09 PM

| permission Absolutely, I would love it if you would use the photos I took. Let me know if you want copies of the higher resolution versions that are not compressed for Findagrave. I will email them to you (but you may have to send me the Find A Grave numbers as a reference- I have photoed a lot of cemeteries in the last couple years). Enjoy!Added by Nancy Hall on Mar 23, 2011 12:20 AM | |

| RE: Mary Adelaide Holloway Hi Wendy, Greetings from a rainy & very windy UK!!! I have had a look at my family tree for the names you have mentioned, but sadly we have no connection. I have no Caroline Kirby's in the family. Although I have a lot of Mary Osbourne's in my tree none of them married into the Holloway family. Its a real shame, but it was so lovely to hear from you. Best wishes, Kris, UK.Added by Kris Burns, UK on Nov 12, 2010 5:47 AM | |
