RE: Robert Harvey McMillian
I looked for William Holsenbeck as well, but couldn't find him. I will try again later.

hi Geegee,
That is fine, I am so glad you were able to go for yourself. I think it is so much fun when you are able to do it and then find other family members. So happy for you, it is a beautiful cemetery.

I have been working on locating all the cemeteries in Pulaski County, Missouri since the summer of 2009. I have yet to track Pickering Cemetery down. Keep me in mind if someone finds it, I would love to get to visit.

RE: Leland Maurice Eaton
I don't know! Not a good answer but the only one I have. I did not originally create Leland's F-A-G memorial; it was created by the Ralph Stark Heritage Center through the folks at the Lebanon Public Library. The EATON surname is in my son-in-law's ancestry and when I contacted the Heritage Center with additional information I learned it's no longer an active F-A-G participant but offered to transfer the memorial to me. I've visited both Oak Hill and Elizaville cemeteries but I can't positively say in which cemetery Leland is buried. It is interesting to note that his stone and Lovina's do not match in their appearance.

My son-in-law's connection is through William Greenup EATON s/o Leland and his first wife; Leland being his 3rd great-grandfather. If you wish, I'm more than happy to exchange information. My direct email is:

RE: George Riley Baucom
It was no problem whatsoever, I had several hours to kill in Shenandoah and there were 24 other requests there. I just looked at an alphabetized list of names I was already looking through and couldn't find that one. Helping you correct an error in your search is more than enough reward for that little of an effort.

You're very welcome, but I'm so disappointed that there wasn't any record of him. That's my first one that I couldn't fulfill :-( I'm getting a late start in my genalogy, I just started a little over a year ago and am overwhelmed at how much there is to do and how many of my relatives have passed that would have been such a help. I'm lucky to still have my parents and am pumping them for info as often as possible! Merry Christmas to you and your family, óż Kristie

Opal Botkin

I check with the cemetery and went to the lot that she is burried in, she is next to David, Jennie and Caral Botkin. Unfortunatly she is the only one that does not have a head stone. I posted a picture of the lot. She would either be to the right of the last stone or in the next row down.

Hi GeeGee,
Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I went thru my e-mail and don't see where I received a message re: Andrew so I don't believe I requested a photo of his headstone.

Hello Norma,
Yes, I am a Baucom. And I got the genealogy "gene". It not only runs rampant among Baucom's, but they tend to marry others with the "gene" too! I started genealogy in my teens and came to realize early on that I was just meant to do this. And I love it.

I have sent info on everyone except Leroy so far. For some reason my scanner locked up. Will go back and try again. I have also made the transfers of Andrew Preston, Reece Riley and Mary E. Baucom.

RE: Lewis Briton Baucom
Hello geegee,

Yes, Lewis B is related to Reece R. And Mary E.
Lewis B is Reece's uncle.
Lewis B. and Andrew Jackson Baucom are half-brothers.
Lewis's mother is Rebecca Vandevere
Andrew Jackson's mother is Lucy Acume.

You may already have these, but if you don't, I can email them to you:
Andrew Jackson's obit, civil and Mexican war card copies. Also, a list of the names of Britton's children that may have been written by Rebecca Vandevere.

George Riley's obit, death cert and civil war card copy.

Lewis B's, Reece R. and Mary E's death certs. I just obtained those online at the State of Missouri website.

I've updated more of the memorials I've created but still need to go thru more of my "stuff" to add/change things. If you see anything that needs to be changed, please don't hesitate to let me know. Thank You for all you do as well! I really enjoyed all the info you had on your memorials.
