Thank you for the time and effort in photographing my aunt Bernice. I have added some family information for her, and would appreciate you taking time to look it over. I am researching my ancestry and have much information. And again, thank you for all you do...althea

re: Elizabeth Shanks - Chapman
You posted a memorial for my great-great-grandmother, Elizabeth Jane Shanks - Chapman. I don't need/want you to transfer it to me, but can you please link her to both of her parents? They are John K. Shanks and Mildred Johnson - Shanks and are both buried in the same cemetery as Elizabeth (Bethel Cemetery in Shelby County, Illinois). Thanks.

John Bratton Sr.
Dolores Acedo Saenz
I am having a hard time connecting the about birh year, and Rafael Saenz date of birth and death. My Uncle Celedonio is my uncal and he is buried in El Centro, CA. I have an Uncle Joe and Mary Saenz is my grandmother.
If the scratch in born 1810 is correct than I have the problem of her first child born in 1859; meaning that she started her 1st birh at around age 49 or 50. I was thinking she was born somewhere in 1830's The children born to them are all my uncles and Aunts, and Grandmother Mary Saenz.
I have pictues of grave sites but I don't know how to scan them on to share them. Help with that would help a lot. My e-mail is John J. Bratton Sr.

Don Stowell
Cortaro Cemetery
I'm posting from the Death index to Pima County cemeteries, so far having done from 1945 back through 1938. I periodically find burials shown as "Cortaro Cemetery". There is a cemetery listed in Find A Grave as Cortaro/Rillito Ranch with 4 burials posted, one by you and three by me. Is that Cortaro Cemetery or are we missing one? There is absolutely no info on the cemetery, nor on Rillito Ranch that I can find except mention of a Rilito Ranch "at the foot of the Santa Catalina Mountains" owned in the 1800s by Mariano Samaniego. Since I do not live near Tucson and you seem to like these small out-of-the-way cemeteries, I thought maybe. . . Let me know.

Thank you so much for your quick response! I used to take pictures for Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness...but that was with camera/digital card that had to be processed. If I could learn to use a camera phone and upload pictures I could do what you do. Very much appreciated.

I don't recall where I found the other information. Perhaps, I copied info from different people to these memorials.

Gene & Mary Pade
Thanks for pointing out the discrepancies in their memorials. I had conflicting information and it made sense that they were buried near where they died but this was not correct. Please see if you agree with their memorials.

Thank You, Thank You, ever so much for the bio on Myrtle & Frank. May I post what you wrote? I will make changes you suggested to Frank's name.
People like you make family history so interesting and enjoyable. Keep up the good work. Do you fit into the Purcell or Pearson family?
Again Thank You, Thank You,
