RE: Jacob Kanatzer
I was not the submitter of the Kanatzer memorials, so I am not able to update them. You will need to go to the "Edit" tab, then the "Suggest A Correction" tab. That will send the updates to the submitter.

I have transferred all of the Taylor memorials to you!!

Thank you again for all of the work that you have done and made available for the family to find so easily!!

Hi Doris, Mary Talula is my great-great grandmother through her first husband Francis Marion Quine!

Yes, I saw your awesome website, and that is how I found the information to submit to Find A Grave on the Taylor family.

I would love to transfer all of the Taylor family memorials that I added here over to you!!! I feel you are their blood family and should be the person who has upkeep for them.

I have no clue who Mr. Hunt was. All I found on him were his initials on his and Mary's marriage record in Nacogdoches County September 29, 1912. He is listed as: R. L. Hunt. I've been trying to search through old census records to see who he might have been but have had no luck!

The family word of mouth story on Mr. Hunt was that he was a very mean man. He was supposedly so mean that my great grandfather was forced to leave home at age 14 to go live with his older sister.

I did find Mary on the 1920 census in Cherokee County, Texas with her daughter Emma Louise Quine Pounders.

I can assure you there is not any kind of family story like that on Mr. Taylor!! That is why finding your website was such a treasure to me. It sort of helped to heal the old wounds of the misery that Mr. Hunt had inflicted on my great grandfather.

I was sooo impressed by the letter that Mary wrote back to your family after Mr. Taylor died and she moved back to Nacogdoches County with her Quine family. Thank you so much for putting it up on the website for her family to find!!

Again, thank YOU for everything!!

Ferdinando San Francisco Taylor
I have been reading the Wilks-Taylor family history information that has been so generously shared on the internet, and was able to create a memorial for Ferdinando San Francisco Taylor from the information provided. I am very willing to transfer his memorial over to his family members.

My 2nd great grandmother, Mary Talula Kirkley Quine Hunt Taylor was F. S. Taylor's third wife.

Thanks so much for the wonderful research on this family and for sharing it with others!
