Greenwood and Schardin
Richard,
Okay I will remove myself off the Greenwood as well. I did not know that Cemetery had problems as well as Schardine.
I also seen new requests for Louisville Memorial Garden on Dixie, do you already have those in your photo file?

RE: Robert carby in Louisville
Richard,

Thank you for the information on Robert Carby in South Jefferson Cemetery. The burial occured in the 1920's, and must be unmarked. I believe that you are correct. The burial is lost. All of the people that would have known where he was buried have long since passed.

Thanks again,

Mark Browning

Dear Richard,

Thank you for taking your time (and gas)to photograph my Great Grand Aunt's grave. No one in the family remembered anything about her. She seemed to have vanished after I first found her in one census. Now another piece of my family history is in place.

Sincerely,

Victoria.

WUERSCH Headstones
Richard,

Thank you so very much for taking the time to photograph the WUERSCH headstones for me!!! These were 3 siters buried next to each other. The photos turned out very well and I appreciate your effort in helping me out. I also changed the date on the one as I had transposed it from someone else in my tree.

Elizabeth Rush in Evergreen Cem, Louisville
Hi, Richard ~ You were so nice to take photos of Jacob Bickel and Elizabeth Rush Bickel's headstones at Evergreen Cem. in Louisville, KY last year. They were in a row of 3, and on the far right was Elizabeth Rush headstone 1851-1930, I think. Do you have a close-up of that headstone, by any chance?
Thank you so much~~~ djshart

RE: Rouse in Evergreen
Richard,
First let me say that my graditude for the Rouse pictures in beyond words. As I emailed you earlier when I called the cemetery office they told me that I had to ask for these plot locations in writting.

Do the other people you mention buried in that plot have memorials??? If not I will go ahead and create them tommorrow and then you can add the pictures.

The pictures you took of the Rouse graves were REALLY fantastic.

Thanks so very much

RE: Samuel Church
Thanks for the photo. The date I had was from family records. This is my mother's half brother. What makes it amazing is his birthdate March 26 was same as my mother's. Looks like she would have known that. Will have to check my records to see which family member gave me Mar 28. When I put in the stone date, I was able to find his WWI draft card with that date on it. I will add the others you asked if I was interested in. Did you take pictures? Thanks so much again!!!!

Sherry Minn
Lewis - Evergreen Cemetery
Hi Richard,

I phoned Evergreen Cemetery for the locations of the graves for my aunt and uncle John Lewis Lynn and Clara Davies Lynn.

I don't know how much you can help me since they are located in the Community Mausoleum (white building) but a key is need to be able to enter.

They are going to be leaving me a key at the telephone operator along with a map on how to find the building since I said I would be in the area on Saturday.

Don't worry about it if you can't help me since I will hopefully get to the area again in the next year or two.

Thanks

Sherry

RE: Evergreen Cemetery Louisville,Ky
Richard,
I did get a chance to call Evergreen Cemetery a couple of days ago. They informed me that I would have to send my requests for plot location to them in writing. So it may take a little longer, because now I have to send them a letter, with the names and dates and they will get back to me by letter.

But am working on it.
