|Paul Scheidler||SSG Hall|
Hello, I am doing research for my wife and her cousin on my wife's uncle SSG Albert Bishop. He was the nose gunner on the same B-24 as your father as part of crew 34. If you have any crew pictures or journals or anecdotes about those missions with the 448th could you please get in touch with me?

I was wondering if I could use some of the photos you uploaded on Find A Grave in my family tree. I am related through Christianna Nedrow who married Peter.

|Pam Cairns Palmer||William P Caudle Jr.|
You have posted photos of him and I'm wondering about his possible relationship to me...His father William P Caudle Sr. may be the brother of my Great Grandmother Dora Caudle Roberts. If so, then I would like to talk to you about this family. Please let me know via my email at email@example.com.

Hello Mack and Renate:
Would you happen to know if your Anderson was married to Mary Meyers Gray about 1880? Mary is my 4th great grandmother. She was married to John Gray and the daughter of Peter Meyers.

You're welcome. Sorry it took so long. I've taken about 5 or more pictures on various occasions and they just weren't very clear due to the dark spot on it. LOL last time I wore grubbies and tried to clean it off. Helped a bit, enough to read it anyway. :)

|Dianne Larson Ward||Thank you!!|
Thank you so very much for sharing the photos of Daniel, America, and Vincent Lafayette Maloy. I was hopeful that someone could help me but certainly didn't expect anyone to fulfill my request within 12 hours!
The Maloys are part of my husband's extended lines. I've been working on putting the entire family together since 1984. They are all in the south. My brother-in-law's mother, a very dear lady I had the pleasure of knowing, was the daughter of Daniel Vincent Maloy and connects with the Carpenters in Walton County, Florida.
It's very difficult to do research from so far away.
Your photos really helps complete the story.
Like you, I have a Hall line. Mine came in at Jamestown in the 1600's or very early 1700's. Most were Quakers for nearly 130 years. My direct lines went north to Ohio and then Wisconsin. I don't know of any who remained in the south.
Again, thank you so very, very much!

Thank you very much for your nice note. I really appreciate it.
I love looking for these headstones for many reasons. One is that I always hoped that someone would send me note like you just sent. Now this wish is fulfilled.
Like Isaac's headstone so many of these are falling down or near worn away. When I go to a cemetery I not only look for headstones that people are looking for but also for stones that are very old and starting to be lost. If you look at the cemetery that Isaac is buried in you will find a number of other individuals that I and others have posted there. Some may have been people the Halls knew.
Fortunately in Montana I found the headstones amazingly well preserved. I believe it has to do with their climate. Stones that would have worn away in Wisconsin where I am from are in amazingly good condition. Isaac and Wiley's headstone is in very good condition.
Thank you again so much. I am thrilled to get your note.
