RE: Findagrave Photos
I am more than glad for you to use any gravestone pictures. In my search for family tree relatives I have been helped many times by others who have gone to the trouble to make and post pictures, so I decided I would do the same in my little corner of the world so people who cannot personally make their own pictures would have access to pictures of their family's resting place.

Hi Becky. Who are your family that you want to use? I am sure it will be okay but I would like to know before you use them. Susan

RE: Findagrave Photos
Yes you may use the photos of your family. Also I would be happy to transfer any of your family memorials to you. WE are getting older and its hard to keep up with everything and I feel they should be maintained by family or close friends. So let us know if you want any transferred to you.

RE: Findagrave Photos
Becky, You will also find over 100,000 pics from many cemeteries in Madison co, IL, and several in Jersey Co, IL. Go to:

http://graves.haynerlibrary.org/zenphoto/

My cohort and I put these pics on the library site. It is slow to load because I don't think they ever expected us to work that hard! Library funding for more computer space is tight.

Anyway, you can download all the pics you want from this site.

Becky, I am curious as to which photos you want. I am always looking for extended family researchers!!

I don't particularly care if you use any photo. I have followed all the rules about only uploading my own photos. lol

RE: Findagrave Photos
You have my permission to use my tombstone photographs for your family records/tree.
The main reason I started photographing tombstones was so people who lived out of state could see their families tombstone. The other reason is to document the cemeteries. Time, weather, and sometimes vandals take there tole on the tombstones.

I am glad you can use the photo's. Thanks for asking.
