George Mason
Thank you for the transfer of George Mason to me. He is my grand uncle. The Mason family lived in Iowa and came to the US from Norway in 1861. Te name was changed from Madsson Sandvig to Mason to simplify the matter.

I as see that you are an historian in Iowa. I am looking for information concerning the mysterious robbing snd death of my great uncle Olai Netland. It would have occurred in the late 1800's or early 1900's I think.

Thanks,
Ann Netland McLarty

William Newton Farrington
Dorian, I just submitted information for his death date. His funeral service was May 2, 1959. I have a copy of his obituary. I am looking for two graves in the same cemetery. One is for Thelma Farrington and the other is for Lowel Farrington. Both are children of William and Melvona. Lowel is possibly Charles Lowel Farrington. I was told he died in Feb 1910. Today I found a record that indicated there was a Chas. Lowel Farrington who died in March 1909. I don't know anything about Thelma other than her name. If you know anything more I would appreciate it. Thanks, anezlus

Balfour Jeffrey and wife, Mount Hope, Topeka
Just a note to let you know I have added the info from the cemetery records at Mt. Hope Cemetery to the pages of Balfour and Alice Jeffrey. There were a few changes from the edits you had sent, so you might want to check them against your records. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Hamiltons
I have only the information that's readily available to me from free data bases. I'm only the one who canvassed the cemetery. Actually, I have no kin, what-so-ever, in Fairview.
None-the-less, it sounds like an interesting family.
I'm happy that you included your source. Most of the 'corrections' I get make no mention of where the info came from.

I don't see any relationship to the other Hamiltons in Fairview, do you?

Thanks for the bio. It is a clear description of his farm but it leaves one to wonder how he ended up in Council Bluffs, doesn't it?

Zachariah Shugart
Are you, by any chance, kin to Zachariah Shugart? I noticed the remarkable photo you have of him. I'm looking for all the Shugart history I can find, as that's one branch of my family I know very little about. Would appreciate any help you could offer.
Thanks,
Jill Shugart Herren

Hi Dorian,
Would you kindly transfer my great grandmother's brother Amund Severeide (103735517) over to me? His sister was Agota L. Severeide Nerheim (1858-1894) of Olen, Norway. If you are related, please feel free to ask questions or add info. Thanks!

Sincerely,
RoseBud #48448869

Thank you so much for adding Frank's parents! Find Frank during his adulthood was fairly easy, but moving back has been beating my head against a wall.

If you are interested in learning about Frank's life in Colorado and New Mexico I would be glad to fill in any blanks.

Do you have a specific source giving Beader as her maiden name? I found several family histories on Ancestry.com that list her maiden name as Worley, as well as one that does list it as Beader. Unfortunately, none of the histories have a source listed for the marriage which might shed light on her maiden name (other than the 1900 census which only shows her marriage occurring in 1860). So, contradictory information exists. I'll wait for your reply before taking any action on your edit. Thanks.

family of theresa wells
Hi! I was hoping to have transfer of maintenance of 125690867 to me. I'm Theresa's great niece and my grandparents, Dianna and Garry Wells, are buried next to Theresa (she was married to my grandfather's brother, Bruce Wells). My grandma and Theresa were best friends and I speak with Theresa's daughter often on facebook. I see my mother has created the ones for my grandparents so I would appreciate having the care of Theresa's for our family as well. Thanks!-Jessica Stiles Dittmer (Daughter of Cindy Wells Stiles
