When I corrected W.A. Moore's site I forgot to add that he was my great grandfather.

RE: Quilt
Thank you for the nice compliment! It's the first quilt I've made. A good friend taught me how. It was all stitched by hand except for the piecing and binding. My family made a family book a few years ago and my niece designed this tree for that book. Each symbol on the tree represents something about our family history/genealogy. I decided to make it into a quilt :)

Arthur Belew
Good Morning name is Wendy and I am a member of Find A Grave. I recently contacted Gary (Row Walker-46697162) about a location for Arthur Belew. His death certificate only said he died in the county hosp. and was buried in the county cemetery. Gary helped me to locate the correct one. I had him in the wrong one to begin with so just set up a new Memorial. Since I doubt there is a headstone I was wondering if when you have a minute if you could please add your photo of the cemetery to his page? Find A Grave Memorial# 164019217. Thank you in advance for your time..Sincerely, Wendy

RE: Cemetery records
Thank you very much for the cemetery info and letting me know that DM Peffer has no marker. I'm not surprised, as most of the members of his family did not have markers either. I do have a copy of his obit which I found on Thanks again for all your help!

RE: Douglas Peffer location
Hi Nancy,
Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, I don't the tract # for Douglas Peffer's grave location. Where would I find that information? I was told he is buried in the East Addition, but I'm not sure if that helps any.
Thanks again!

RE: John & Maud Palmour graves
I apologize that I have taken so long to get back to you. When I fulfill a request for a photo, I usually take photos of many of the headstones surrounding the requested one, but then I post them to the cemetery page as well. The cemetery's records, unfortunately, are not very complete. The current owners bought the cemetery from someone who had been keeping the burial records in a garage. They are all still on paper, old grids that are wearing and frayed on the edges, and not kept in any particular order. I can go back to check on John, but it may take a few days. I won't be able to get to it this week.

RE: Earl James Wallace
Nancy - I don't know if I ever properly thanked you for all your hard work in tracking down Mr. Wallace. It really meant a lot to me. Please don't feel that you have to transfer management of his marker to me. It will be enough to be able to leave a flower and a note once in a while.

Thanks, again.

Hello Nancy,

Thank you so much for the lovely grave stone photos. This is my father, whom I never had a chance to meet. So these are quite special to me.

Kind Regards,

August Winter
Hello Nancy,

Hope this message finds you well. I am contacting you wondering if you can look up in your Mtn View/ Odd Fellows Records. I am looking for the following person.

August Winter
Died May 22 1909

Also if you have the Fresno County cemetery records for Potters Field. Could you look August up in that also?

Thank you for your help and Happy Easter.

Don Adler
Hannah Aggers
I have found the graves of Hannah and Wm. Eggers. The dates for Hannah are 1814-1875. The only Aggers I can find are the wrong dates. There are more than a few Aggers and Eggers in the cemetery and some of them are buried close to each other. I will post the pictures I took when I get a minute.
