Fred E Culver
Fred E Culver can not be a child of Alanson Culver and Abigail Hatch because Abigail died in 1864 and Fred was born in 1871 the figures dont even come close he may of been a grandchild

RE: Robert and Henrietta Sutcliffe, St. John the Baptist
If you google map the church, and follow the pathway leading from church lane to the church, then take a left, to the left hand side of the church, as you look, follow it round until the path disappears.Beyond what looks like a "Chimney"? obviously isn't, The bench is there, so a few feet into the grassy area there it is. One of my pictures does show the corner of the Church.

I Will post the pics in a couple of hours.

Helen Wolstenholme Sutcliffe
Hello CJE,

I Was wondering if you still wanted a photos of Helen Sutfcliffes Grave? It is still showing as requested.

I only ask, as I was at the churchyard today and took some photos of the grave, approx 5. If you still want them I will post them onto hers and Roberts Memorial, then let me know, If any, you want to keep on them.I will then delete the ones you don't

I'm Also A Decendant of Alvah and Catherine. My line comes through George & Melissa Culver, William Alvah Culver, Bessie Marie Culver Blain. Bessie's son William Alvin Blain was my grandfather. Just starting to research the Culvers. Was wondering if you knew of any Indian ties or did George's family just live on old reservation land in Iowa.

Any info is helpful. Thanks

RE: Rev Thomas Hodkinson
Thanks for that additional information. A new memorial has been added, and photos requested for Thomas, James and Sarah. If anything comes of this, I will transfer all memorials to you.

Rev Thomas Hodkinson - Memorial# 87376482
Thank you so much for that additional information about Rev. Hodkinson. I looked for that specific cemetery in England, and found this choice on Find A Grave:

Saint Wilfrid's Church
Cheshire England

There are only 11 burials added to this cemetery in England. If you agree this is the correct choice for the cemetery where he is buried, I will add a memorial for Rev Thomas Hodkinson and request a photo.

Thank you!

Alvah & Catherine

I stumbled across you by researching my 4 times Gr Grandfather Alvah Culver. Small world. Great work on the photos and such. I'm headed up to Illinois where my Gr Grandmother Bessie Culver Blain is burried. Seems she moved from Iowa to Illinois sometime between 1910 & 1920. Met my Gr Grandfather Dan Blain and they were married.
