I will be printing this coming year with a good biography of John "Liver Eating" Johnston, made modernly famous
by the book Crow Killer and the movie Jeremiah Johnson.
I have his ancestors, his correct birth, dates, name, brothers, sisters, and relatives, some now living.
He lived for about a month at the Sawtelle Old Soldier's Home in Sawtelle, California and I have several stories from that, as well as
there is a woman writing her thesis on the Home.
There are a lot of mistakes in the find a grave bio, but that comes from all the info that has been available on the Internet.
I got it finally through years of searching.
