RE: Albert Sense
Sorry...I edited as far as I could go with his birth, I believe it was. USA, WI, Marathon Co., and then when it came to the town, etc. the scroll downs never show the Town of Maine in Marathon Co., which is actually larger than the Town of Berlin which the scroll down shows...So that is why I said no scroll down for Maine. I meant the Town of Maine.

So what I usually do is add the Town of Maine to the biography part and say that there was no scroll down and say that the person was born or died in the Town of Maine, Marathon Co., WI.

Town of Maine is adjacent to Wausau to the north.

Greetings Judi, sent a few edits, nice bio, I'm just a hop, skip and a jump from Bishop Meige. Small world Indeed. Where abouts was that farm, I had quite afew Aunts and Uncles that owned farm land in what is now Noland Road.

RE: Caroline Carpenter Justesen
Thank you once again. Does your husband know any families up there in the area with last names of Gieseke, Habeck or McCarten? Did you photograph more than one cemetery in the Wausau area?
Hope you have stayed safe with the weather.

RE: Caroline Carpenter Justesen
Thank you and I would really like that. It is so interesting finding family and adding to the Find-A-Grave site. Do you have family in the Wisconsin area, that you photographed this cemetery? My husband and I have photographed various cemeteries, where we know family are buried, as we have been traveling.
Sounds like you have really uncovered some interesting history and to share and get others involved is really so unique.
Enjoy the research and again thanks,

Caroline Carpenter Justesen
H--thank you for the picture of my aunt's and her daughter and son-in-law's headstone. She has been a missing link-last of 11 siblings of my dad's to link together on Find-A-Grave. Her name is Caroline Louise Sophia Carpenter married to Elmer Carpenter, who died in 1936 in Chicago, Il and is buried at Mount Emblem Cemetery in Elmhurst, Il. Justesen is the son-in-law's last name. I have edited and adding Caroline "Lena" as known to the family, parents memorial numbers, to link her with the family and also her husband Elmer.
Thanks again, Donna Gieseke Turek

Sam & Lindsey Porter

You have done a very nice job creating the memorials for my niece and nephew. I just found and had been doing research on my part of the family. I stumbled on Sam and Lindsey's memorials, Tina never told me that there already was one for Sam and Lindsey.

Sam and Lindsey's memorials should be linked together and then they linked to other family members who have passed which would be their granddad, and others moving backward from him.

I am one of Tina's half brothers. I'll talk to her about this. I'd like to see what we can do to link Sam and Lindsey to Tina's side of the family. Tina also has another sister who has also lost a child, they don't have a memorial as yet, I'll inform the family and see if they'd like to create one and link the children together.

Helia Anderson
Judi, you have two memorials for Helia...53925205 and 53925206. Both indicate Helia is in Old Cooks Cemetery, Schoolcraft County! Mi.
Helia is actually in Dickinson County Memorial Garden with her husband Alfred. A previous memorial 51274372 had been entered prior to yours.
There have been NO internments in Old Cooks in YEARS.
The photo you have appears to be the same stone Bill Schaffer has in Dickinson County.
If you have additional information, I will make the60 mile trip to confirm for you since it sounds like you are not local. If no additional documentation, do you think you should delete the later two?
Thanks for all you have done for Find A Grave.

Pending Edits
Just wondered if you are aware of a fairly new Edit system that rolled out early this year? When you are signed into Find A Grave, on your Contributor page, you will see a new tab labeled Edits. If you have pending edits, that tab will display a number. Click on that tab, and choose from a variety of options. In your "Edits sent to me that I need to review", you should see edits for: Ruth Hucek, Doris Chaudoir, Bernard Chaudoir, Minerva Hucek. Again, just wondered if you were aware of this new system. Thanks for your help & all you do on Find A Grave!

Hallie Rorrer
Thanks for linking the father. The spellings are different, I first noticed it on the census and then Hallie (Sr.) death certificate. I knew the Rorrer family growing up in MO. Thanks. Genealogist.

Thanks, Judi. I will put him in Union Cemetery for now. I have an e-mail in the works for the buriedsecrets website asking if she knows why he is listed in two cemeteries. Will let you know.

Thanks again,

RE: Manney
No real need to transfer them. I have them in my virtual cemetery and as long as they're all linked, I see no reason to manage them. I don't know why but I somehow feel a need to have all family members linked, but not necessarily manage them.
Thank you for all your work.

Manney Memorials
In error, I have duplicated one of your memorials,
Roseann Manney # 10007515

The memorial I created is Roseanna Burdick Manney # 91840443.

I know I'm to delete mine, but I would very much like to have the pictures (brand new) and the links made to family members, and the additional information added before I delete it. She is my Great Grant Aunt. Please let me know how you wish to handle it.

No Judy, you keep the memorial, I'm just an avid bicycle enthusiast which we all know Robert was as well. Plus his ending was such a wasteful tragedy.
