Searching for Caesar/ceasar/cesars. My gg grandfather, John Ceasar is listed in the R.I. census of 1790 (11 family members) in the not white not black column (i.e.) Indian column. He moved to Canada when my grandfather, Samuel, son of Stutley ceasar, was born. They later moved to Vermont. Samuel fought in the Civil War and eventually settled in Dalton, Mass. Many Caesars are list with R.I. roots. Many are listed as black, fewer as Indians. had a DNA test done which showed the marker for Native American anc. We don't know with which tribe we're affiliated. I've heard both Naragansett and Nipmuck. Also, on my mother's side, I'm searching for the parents of Francis Hamilton (Hambleton) a mulatto born in N.J. around 1770. He Married Rebecca Austin, b. R.I.,daughter of English parents. They settled in Pittsfield, Mass. Looking for any help at all. Thank you, jim Caesar at email@example.com

My name is Margaret Walsh Warren and I live in Kearney, NE. My Grandmother was Margaret Ellen Hagerty Walsh. Her sister was Florence Hagerty Johnson.
May I have your permission to copy information from Findagrave that you have researched? My Dad was Howard William Walsh and he was Margaret and Henry Walsh's youngest son. I am named after my Grandmother Margaret. Grandfather Henry Walsh died in 1940 of colon cancer. My Grandmother Margaret lived with my Dad's sister Charlotte and her husband Otho Kime in Valentine, NE and in South Dakota.
You are very welcome to copy any pictures and information that I have on Ancestry. Please correct me if you find any errors.
It is great to meet a relative.

I have not found him so far in my documenting the cemetery. I had photographed the entire cemetery and now I am going section by section, row by row to place exactly where the markers are located.

May I make one copy of the cemetery photo of my cousin Doanld SIGAFOOS for my personal family history only. It will never be placed anywhere on the internet. I like to have hard copies for my records of proof.

I have photographed and posted on IowaGravestones.org nearly every tombstone in Clinton County (about 75,000) which makes it easy to respond quickly. I am glad to have been of help.

Yes, you can use my doctored photo. Be sure to click on it two times to open it full size. The full image is 1024px X 612px.
I appreciate the offer but there is no need to give me credit for it. Anyone with photo editing software can do the same thing.

Yes, I created that marker from a real marker at that cemetery. It has been more than once that I have reported that a grave has no marker only to have another person [or maybe the same person] submit another request a year or so later. I decided to place the 'dummy' marker there to eliminate future requests.

Your welcome, glad to help. I posted the photo to his wife's memorial as you asked. I also posted photos to Hattie and Alvin Crooks. While walking the cemetery, i remember seeing names that you mentioned in her bio. I did take photos of Martha Crooks Burrhas and Lizzie Crooks Burrhas, wives of A.P. Burrhas.
Happy Easter, as well
