Strickers in Crittenden Memorial Park
Brenda. Could you look up information on this family and post it to your memorials. I am thinking Luther might be the son of Brantley and Lucinda Stricker and Richard might be Luther and Helen's Son. This information could be found in their obits. If any of this is correct Luther is my 2nd cousin 2 times removed.

B. F. White and John H. White
I have been in both White Cemeteries. B.F. White is in one and John H. White is in the other one.

Benjamin Franklin White is buried with his second wife Mary in a totally separate cemetery than his brother John H. White.

B. F. White's GPS coordinates are as follows N 35.35.55 W 86.39.02 728 ft.

J. H. Whites GPS coordinates are as follows N 35.35.58 W 86.39.44 728 ft.

B. F. White was a Pvt. in the 23rd Tn. Inf. Co. F

J. H. White was a Pvt. in the 4th McLemores Tn. Cav. D

In the cemetery B. F. White is buried in there is also a marker for his wife Mary, but there 4 unmarked graves here. I have no idea who they are.

The rest of the White Family are buried at the other White cemetery which is on the old home place. I say this becaue of some of the Markers I have seen outside the cemetery.

I am a member of the Forrest Project. We Gps and photograph Confederate soldiers graves and are in the process of documenting them. I am also a member of the Sons of Confederacy-Marshall Rangers - Camp #297. Glad to be of service.

Emmaline Dunn

You have a grave site with her husband in Cogbill Cemetery in Arkansas. You have added a picture with the names of their children. Where did that pic of the children names come from?

Clifton (William Alma Clifton Dunn) and Emmaline Ginn Dunn Goad did not have that list of children. Their children were LC Dun, Lois Evelyn, Mira, Betty and Roy Dunn.

Contact me please thanks

Martha P Wright Scott (Mem #13358776)
This is a collateral ancestor of my late husband's.
Her name was never Wright. As stated on the memorial she was the daughter of James W and Naomi (Wright) Bond.
Would you please change her listing to show her name as Martha Pearl Bond Scott?
You have correctly listed her two husbands.
Thank you for all your hard work for Findagrave.com

Gillia Bennett
Hi Brenda, Are you related to Gillia Bennett? She is suppose to be my 4th great grandma. I have found her listed as being born in three different states and someone else placed a flower on her memorial and says she was born yet in another state. Do you have info I can use to verify where she was actually born? Thanks, Debbie

I recognized your name!!!
I'm new to this site and after I just looked up my grandmother I was surprised to see your name under one of the photos on her entry. I had to look you up to see if you were the Brenda Huntley I knew of. I have you all on facebook, but if you don't remember, I'm married to Aaron Johnson, Geoff's friend from high school years. Thank you for the work you've done on here. I've enjoyed finding family and signed myself up to hopefully add to the site as well. :-)

Thomas Whitehead
Maynard Family
I have done some research on the Center Hill Baptist Church and Cemetery, Lee County, Mississippi (Church founded Dec. 20, 1851).

I find in Church Records: Mary Francis Maynard, Martin Maynard, Sarah Maynard Moore, wife of Rev. Seamon Moore, Amanda Doss and John N. Doss. (Seamon Moore was the 3th pastor of Ceneter Hill Baptist Church from 1854-1857)

I find buried in the Center Hill Cemetery; Mary Maynard, d. 1856, Seamon Moore, d. 1857, Sarah Maynard Moore, d. 1853.

I find in Itawamba County, Mississippi marriage records, John English married Amanda Doss on March 25, 1857. (I found in church records that John N. Doss died Aug 13th, 1855) I have not found a tombstone for him.

You show that Nichalos Maynard was Mary Maynard husband and father of Amanda Maynard Doss English, buried in Poplar Springs Cemetery, Calhoun Co., MS

I would appreciate any information on these families

RE: Vanndale
Well thank YOU! You're the one that has posted so much in the area!

Do you mind me asking what years you were at Vanndale? I'm sure someone from my family was most likely there at the same time.

Vanndale
HI Brenda,

I was doing a little research on Vanndale Cemetery and found some interesting information about you! Your mom was the county historian?

No wonder I see your name on so many of the memorials I find for Cross County!

My Dad was born on the Bay Road (if you know where that is...you truly are from the area LOL)

My family lived in the area (and some still do) for many, many generations. All the way up to my GGGG grandparents are buried in Akin Cemetery.

It got me to wondering if you knew any of my family personally. Coggins would be the name you would most likely know. There are also the Cooks, Sharpes and Griffins.

Find A Grave Memorial# 12959513
Brenda,

I have a question about Find A Grave Memorial# 12959513 for Nancy Hanks DeMar which you created, Is the Margaret that provided you with the extra information on it still alive and if so is she Nancy's relative and if so do you have a way of contacting her, as I do not see away on her to get in touch with her and I would really like to if possible as I am Nancy Hanks Demar's Great Great Great Great Granddaughter because her daughter Johanna Demar was my married to my Great Grandfather Robert White Wilson.

I would really like to contact her and see if she has pictures or more information she could tell me.

Thanks in advance I hope to hear back from you soon.

Annie Mae Patrie
Brenda,

I am working on updating the Lehrton cemetery and noticed this is a duplicate of Annie Petrie. Petrie is the correct spelling. Since you had an obit and the duplicate has pics etc. I am not sure how to correct. Would you see what might can be done? Thanks -- Beverly
