Nolan Family
Thank you for posting this photo request. My grandparents were good friends with the Nolan's and I have many fond memories of them coming to my grandparent's home during hunting season. Mr Nolan would bring his cigarette rolling machine and I would stand by his side watching him roll them. We would also go visit them in Fairbanks between hunting seasons.

Parker & Waipa graves
Aloha hou! Wanted to clean up the photos on my laptop (I store all photos on an external hard drive), so I made pages for the folks I listed in my previous message and transferred them all to you! Also, will send a photo of the row of Parker graves in Laie Cemetery. The old part of the cemetery is across a bridge and is much small than the newer section. I indicated that David, Wilder & Estrella are in the Old Cemetery... all the others are in the newer.

Have some major hula stuff on my plate right now so donʻt know when I will get out again... but I will watch for your requests... e malama pono...

Regards,

Parker & Waipa graves
Aloha kakahiaka e Leilani!

As you can see, I traveled up to Laie yesterday to fulfill some requests... also photographed some other Parker & Waipa graves... since those were the names of your photo requests Iʻm thinking they are also relatives of yours? I donʻt see pages for any of them... if they are yours let me know and I will post pages, add the pictures and transfer them to you...
They are:
David Nalani Parker
Wilder Parker
Estrella Parker Hottendorf
These 3 are in the old cemetery.

The above 4 are in a row with the 4 Parkers you requested (Arthur Sr, Eva, Arthur Jr & Hazel) and I took a photo of that row of graves.

Look forward to hearing from you...

Ella Georgia Wallace
Hi,Leilani, This is cousin Kathy. Could you add my Grandmother, Ella Georgia Wallace (1884-1941)to Benjamin Wallace's children. Georgia and Dettie should also be added under Benjamin's second wife, Lavinia Marlar Joiner Clements. Georgia, Oliver and Dettie are Lavinia's children, rather than Brunette Martin's. Thank's, hope all is well with the family.

Grace Apo, Mililani Memorial Park
I checked the record book in the office, and there is still no record of Grace Apo. There is however a Nancy G. Apo. Nancy died in 1977, the same year that the requested Grace Apo died. The request stated that Grace Apo was born in 1917, and the year on Nancy G Apo's headstone is 1914. I'm wondering if this is the same person, and one of the birthdates is an error? I noticed that on the Find a Grave page, Grace is listed as Grace Gilcrest Apo, however the memorial on her page states that her name was Nancy Gilcrest Apo. I have taken a photo of the headstone, if you think it is the same person.

Cemetery names
A little confusion perhaps? I posted Manase on the Hoʻolehua Cemetery page but I see you have him listed at another cemetery... if these are the same cemeteries with 2 different names you might want to contact Find A Grave and have them merged... but I did add the photo for him on the other page... also adding some Joao family members and see that is a name you are searching for so will transfer to you...

I will keep my eyes open for other Makakau graves... probably not going back to Molokaʻi any time soon... went to view some wahi pana... my husband is singing Molokaʻi Nui A Hina in a concert and we wanted to see the places the mele talks about... lovely trip...

RE: Jane S. Brown
Leilani, Aloha to you, thanks for adding the photo to the memorial I created. No, I am not related, back in 2013 while in Hawaii on family reunions I swung by King Street and photographed one half of the cemetery as volunteer work and came back to LA and added what I photographed that was not up currently on this site. I received a request from Chelsea to transfer memorial to her, she is person who had the dupe memorial. She has deleted her's and is now asking transfer, I am going to transfer to her, she states she is 3x GG of Jane. Best regards and thanks again, Jerry

Jane S. Brown
Leilani, hello, I respectfully ask if you could add the photo of Jane Steele Swinton Brown to my memorial # 114290024, I entered mine in June of 2013 and the photo you have of Jane is added to one entered after mine, it would be most appreciated. I have asked the owner of the dupe to delete theirs, entered in Oct, it is memorial # 118254668. Thanks kindly for your consideration. Best regards, Jerry Hughes
